Efficient, professional, and spotless – highly recommend! Great experience at I Smile Dental in Bethel, Columbus. The office was extremely clean and quiet, and the all-female staff (including the receptionist who did my intake) was fantastic. They got right down to the nitty-gritty — straight to the point. Within the first 30 minutes, I had a treatment plan. The hygienist, techs, and doctor clearly know what they're doing. True professionals. Highly recommend.

The team is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Peng and her team are true professionals. They genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Peng is a unique specialist. She has simply magical hands. I was afraid of the pain, but I left the office feeling relieved and without a pain. The doctor is a highly qualified specialist with a broad range of skills who does everything for the patient's well-being.

Staff and doctors are both so so nice and patient. Very cute place and comfortable environment to relax myself form the nervous of dentist visit. Reasonable price with very transparent detailed explanation of the treatment plan breakdown.

Dr. Peng and her assistant were very friendly. I was extremely nervous about the deep cleaning and the anesthesia injection, but they comforted me and helped me overcome my fear. I am very grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

A new patient to Dr Peng, since the previous dentist left. Hesitant after my initial cleaning a couple weeks ago, as the office was under some transition & seemed a bit chaotic. Most recent visit was for some replacement fillings that were 40+ yrs old. Office staff is friendly. The techs & assistants were super friendly & Dr Peng is so sweet. Kacey is amazing at fillings! I will continue to be a patient at this office. 🙂
