The office is welcoming, spotless, and runs so smoothly—it immediately put me at ease. Dr. Luna is truly exceptional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions patiently, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I felt completely confident and well cared for during my appointment. The staff deserves just as much praise—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We had such a great time at Highlands Family Dentistry! Everyone at the office was so friendly and patient. Priscilla and Emily were a huge help in setting up our new profiles and scheduling appointments. Raquel and Connor were amazing dental hygienists—they were super gentle, very detail-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Luna was also very thorough with his examination and really listened to our questions and concerns. Overall, we’re so glad we chose this practice!

The office is exceptionally clean and has a very professional atmosphere. My dental hygienist, Raquel, was incredibly thorough, and the techs who took my X-rays were kind and had excellent bedside manner. Dr. Luna took his time explaining my treatment plan in detail and offered thoughtful options and was considerate of costs. I am really pleased with my first experience at Highlands Family Dentistry. Lauren was a great Hygienist, kind and informative. Dr. Sauerwein was personable and very knowledgeable, she took the time to answer my questions and felt very approachable. & last, but not least, the front desk staff was very welcoming and made my visit seamless. Another highlight would be how comfortably decorated the office is, a great feeling throughout. I would definitely recommend them!

My first visit, and I couldn’t be happier! To start, the office is bright and the atmosphere is happy. At the dentist’s office! The exam rooms have two screens - one for viewing your x-rays and pictures and another on the ceiling to watch while they work on your teeth. Everyone is friendly, and they really care about you and your questions and concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend Highlands Family Dentistry!
