She was incredibly informative, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. Holly took the time to explain everything she was doing, making sure I understood what was happening with my teeth every step of the way. What really stood out to me was her thoughtful follow-up questions to ensure I felt informed and comfortable. I haven’t experienced that level of attention and care in quite some time, and I’m so happy I did. It made a big difference. Thank you, Holly, for your professionalism and compassion.
