a month agoFirst started going here about 5 years ago and back then they were great, but the quality has gone down. I'm still owed $350 for my invisalign treatment back in 2023. We pay for premium insurance and they told me that NEDG billed me improperly so I never got paid back the full amount I paid upfront. Followed up with them about 10 times over 6 months for them to fix the issue/bill, but it's been over a year since then and still no final reimbursement. I agree with others about the new staff- the hygienist I had last was very nice but got water all over my face, clothes and hair and it was a very unpleasant experience and the actual dentist didn't have time to review my X-rays in office. In the last year it's felt like they've been very pushy about booking appointments and some of the recommended procedures have been questionable and costly. We decided to leave after my husband received a $150 bill after a routine cleaning in December. When he inquired they said he was given an optional service, he was NEVER told that there was anything during his cleaning would cost extra. He's followed up with them twice to ask what can be done about the bill, and just like me has been ghosted. They've made it clear that they will only be proactive about communication when there's money in it for them. TLDR: Quality is down. Feel cheated out of $500. We're switching dentists.

a month agoI was encouraged by the good reviews but did not have a pleasant experience myself. I gagged several times while getting X-rays as the equipment that they shove into your mouth Is not very patient friendly. My upper mouth and under tongue is very sore. And to top it off I have never left a dentists office with my teeth feeling uncleaned. This time I did. The room they put me in was tiny, dark and the chair was torn, patched with tape and retorn. And the equipment was far far from state of the art. The people there however were very pleasant.

a month agoMy first time here as a new patient. Very thorough exam with lots of explanations of how my teeth were doing. Turns out I had three cavities and they were able to work on them immediately! Great people!

4 months agoDr. Freidouni in this office is great. However, since the transition to NEDG the quality of other services in this location is not as good as it used to be. The quality of Hygienist work at best is random. Every time a new Hygienist shows up and some of them are good and some not as good. The Dr's seeing you is random unless you specifically specify who you want to see prior to your appointment. I've been going to this place for 3 years now but not sure if I would want to continue doing my cleaning/check up here anymore.
