I’m quite satisfied with my experience with Dr. Mabry and his staff. I’ve had everything from routine cleanings to root canals and crowns. Dr. Mabry has excellent rapport with his patients. The office is run very smoothly and the Office Manager is quite helpful with insurance questions. I’ve had a couple emergencies and again, they were handled very smoothly. Treatment appointments might be few and far between, but I’ve had very good experience with being on the wait list and getting in early. It’s not unusual to hear laughter coming from one of the other treatment areas. This practice is humming.

I had work done because Dr. Mabry told me I needed it. I had not had any pain, discomfort or problems. I started having pain immediately after he worked on my tooth. When I went back, he was visibly annoyed from the minute I walked into the room. He was rude, dismissive of the pain I was having, and repeatedly snapped at me throughout the appointment. When he began to work, it was causing me pain and he exhibited a complete lack of empathy. He seemed exasperated with me for complaining of pain. I have never in my life met a medical professional with so little control of his emotions and who behaved so unprofessionally.

I’ve been going to Dr. Mabry for years. The staff is professional, efficient, and delightful. Appointments run on time. The office is clean and well-organized. I trust them with my dental care.

I moved to the DC area several years ago, and chose Dr Mabry as my dentist because he had such "wonderful" reviews. I dont think he is so "wonderful" any more. He checked my mouth after a routine hygiene teeth cleaning, and said I have a cavity under my bridge. He was quick with his diagnosis and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about where exactly the cavity was. He recommended that I buy as much dental insurance as possible because it would take a lot of work to replace the bridge with an implant and two crowns. I was a little suspicious, so i went to another dentist. The new dentist probed and examined the entire bridge and could not find a cavity. He said to keep up with my dental care, keep an eye our for any changes, and get routines exams. THREE YEAR LATER the crown is still OK. Dr. Mabry tried to enrich himself by creating a dental issue that did not exist, and it did not matter to him that my mouth would be mutilated in the process. He tries his best to keep good bedside manners, but his impatience and annoyance shows when you ask "too many" questions. He has an arrogant frat boy energy about him. The young lady that is the hygienist is excellent. The receptionist that checks you out is always grumpy, and lastly be weary of their billing practices.

Every time I visit Mabry Dental Group I have a great experience !! The entire team is incredible kind, professional, and truly cares about their patients. And I really appreciate that my appointments always start on time. I gave 5 stars to Audrey, she is amazing!. She makes me feel at ease every time I come in for my cleaning!! I highly recommend Mabry Dental Group to anyone looking for excellent dental care !!
