4 months agoI recently visited Fairfax Advance Dentistry for a tooth ache and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and inviting. Dr. Kimia and the assistants were both very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. They answered all my questions and ensured I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the gentle yet thorough explanation of what caused the pain, how they were going to treat it and the personalized advice on maintaining good oral health. The office is well-equipped with the latest technology, and it was clear that the team is committed to providing the highest quality of care. I also appreciated the promptness of my appointment — I didn’t have to wait long at all. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Fairfax’s Advance Dentistry and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, professional dental care. I’ll definitely be returning for my next visit!

a month agoI contacted Fairfax Advanced Dentistry when I had one of my teeth break. It was late at night when I submitted the request for an appointment I got a response at 10:45pm and a follow up in the morning. I get very stressed at the dentist and they were very good at making me feel comfortable.

a month agoMy experience with this company has been truly awful! My first time getting 2 implants Dr. Alex wheeled me out to the parking lot in my wheel chair after my procedure. My mom went to get the car. Having been sedated for the procedure I was not aware of what was happening and Dr. Alex pushed me into the parking lot in my wheel chair and just left me there with no one to attend to me while my mom was getting the car. She pulled up and told me what she witnessed when I was coherent. I could have been hit by a car in the parking lot!! I got an infection from the implant and it took a day and a half to get the dentist to call me back and he seemed to not believe me and asked me for a picture of the infection. He said he was going to call in lidocaine for my pain. He did not call it in until the next day and neglected to call in all of my information so the pharmacy couldn’t fill it. It took another several hours to get in touch with him. His bedside manner when I went back for my next appointment was terrible and he caused me pain by being so abrasive so I had to have another dentist finish the work. I now need another implant done and I know that there are other dentists in the practice so I reached out to get an estimate done because the last implants I had done were relatively affordable. The office staff was completely different from the people I had dealt with a year and a half earlier. I explained that I did not want to see Dr. Alex again. Since they have offered me a free consultation I went ahead and made an appointment. The dentist I saw had a better bedside manner. They gave me a written estimate. The sedation cost is $800 for them to prescribe me a few pills and for them to watch over me while I had the work done which is an absolutely absurd amount and I told them that. The office lady said she would bring it down to $500. I told her I needed time to think about it. She told me that in order to keep this price that I had to put $150 down but if I did not get the work done with them that they would refund it. That was a lie. I have reached out three times to get my $150 back and no one has called, texted, or emailed me back and it has been 4 days since I made the request. I also texted the dentist’s personal number and all he said was, “ thank you for your response”. That was not a response, it was a request to follow up on my refund. This office is a joke!! I am writing this hoping to help someone deciding to do implants to not have to endure a lot of pain and suffering like I have. If I cannot get in touch with them by tomorrow I will have to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

3 months agoThe front desk, hygienist, and doctor were all amazing! Would not get this care from a general dentist. I had to get some shots and deep cleaning. They were gentle, fast, and did a great job! The receptionist called to check in after and offered solutions for sore gums and recovery. Highly recommend.
