The team knows me by name and treats me like family warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They’re also incredibly accommodating in emergencies, which gives me so much peace of mind. The dentist always takes time to explain my dental health and answer any questions. I truly appreciate the consistency, professionalism, and heartfelt care they provide."

a week agoNew patient here. My first cleaning and I can honestly say I never had a better experience in my life. I am always scared of any dental work and especially not being used to any deep cleaning. The dental hygienist was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. Not worried about my next cleaning any more! Office is accommodating of schedules and very professional.

2 weeks agoDuring 37 years in my healthcare career, I’ve never seen an office that had so much customer service honesty, integrity, and quality. They took their time and explained each procedure step-by-step and not only showed me the x-rays, but gave me physical proof of the damage I had done to my teeth. Everyone in the office was smiling and helpful and due to an emergency travel schedule squeezed me in at the last minute to try to accommodate my schedule. I would like to say thank you to their entire staff. The Dentist, who took the time to explain every measure step-by-step. It was an experience I will never forget. I hope that this experience I can carry it to other offices to let them know what true customer service is all about. It seems to be a rarity in healthcare these days.

2 months agoI had some dental work done yesterday. The Dentist was awesome! She was very kind, professional and knew exactly what she was doing. So was her assistant! I still have much more to do on my teeth! But the dentist was extremely kind, which made me relax. The office is great too! Maria is always sweet and works with my schedule! I can't say enough great things about Beauclerc Dentistry! My thanks to all of the staff there. God Bless you all
