Today, I start off my story in beginning with an Orthodontics that abandoned me during treatment no email, no text. The day I chose to go in with confidence. I ask my husband For the first time that I wanted to go by myself. As for me I’ve always had anxiety when it comes to dentist. The Orthodontics that made me feel Confident and conquer my anxieties. All I was left with at the end was the other Orthodontics wouldn’t take my case as a patient. I felt like crying,I didn’t have words Because I was coming in as a patient waiting for my doctor to show up. To management came in and explained to me she would no longer be showing up that they were sorry she didn’t text me or email me and no longer being employed with that dental company. My husband and I decided to pray about it for God to lead us to Orthodontics, and if I was gonna need periodontics As well. We were blessed with Amazing team Orthodontics and now we are so so amazingly blessed to have met Dr Master and her team and staff. Finally, my husband and I went for my first appointment. I felt a beautiful spirit in our conversation about my Delicate case. I read Dr Master’s biography, and I was blown away by her dad biography as well. I sat there, and I invited my husband over to view the biographies of Father and daughter. I had my first dental procedure January 13, 2025. It was a success, and I thank God that his presence was in the room during my procedure. God bless you Dr Master‘s as my periodontist. Finally, I regain hope and she told me she view the imagestake my case that would not give up on me. Dr Master’s I’m blessed to have you in my life and I will always always have you and your family in my prayers. I started praying for you from the moment they recommended you to me. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with your staff as well.

This is a top tier establishment in every way. I feel very grateful to have been guided to them. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently and everyone I’ve met on the team truly seems to care about my experience and well being. Dr. Masters is my doctor and you cannot help but feel you are in the best most experienced hands possible. She exudes confidence, expertise and poise. Bedside manner is refined yet personal and the lady is a genius in her field. 5 stars for sure! I’m a very happy patient.

Everyone is super kind, the admin staff is always friendly and helpful, and they do a great job! Todd is a wonderful hygienist, and Dr. Masters has performed two surgeries for me. She was gentle and I recovered well each time. The team takes good care of its patients.

I needed an extraction of my top left front tooth. I consider myself lucky to have Dr. Lisa Masters handle this job for me. While this was not a challenging task for her, I was worried beforehand. The aftermath of the procedure is where Dr. Masters shines. I had no pain in the first 24 hours post-op; just some soreness. Dr. Masters called me the first night to check on me. Her concern that we have the holiday season approaching struck me. I had overlooked it completely. To address my needs, Dr. Masters had one of her technicians, George, fit the crown that had protected my tooth for 20+ years, inside my retainer so that my appearance to the outside world masks that an extraction has been done. Genius! The remainder of my treatment focuses on healing. Implant to follow.
