I’ve recently found myself in need of advanced dental intervention after 2 molars supporting my bridge broke off at the gum line. When I called Masters Dental Group, I spoke with Frank who understood my situation and was able to arrange an appointment in just a few days. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by a cheerful and receptive office staff. In just a few minutes, Jackie, a dental assistant, was going through the new patient admission process in one of the patient evaluation rooms. She was very thorough and in a few minutes I was ready for Dr Lisa Masters to complete the initial evaluation and then examine my X-rays and dynamic 360 degree images, all that were done at the beginning of my evaluation. Dr Lisa Masters is very well educated in the field of dentistry and has an extensive background in surgical procedures and a specialty with implants and restorative reconstruction for what initially looks like an unrepairable condition. After going over all the diagnostic renderings and inspection of the damaged teeth, Dr Masters presented a couple of viable options with an emphasis on what she felt was my best option. Dr Masters has a special gift of being able to communicate highly complex procedures with her patients in a way that is understandable. She is not hurried and takes time to listen to patients concerns and then provides understandable responses to those concerns. We agreed on the procedure that will best fit my situation and scheduled an appointment to get it completed. I was a little apprehensive about establishing a new relationship in a new dental group, but when everything was settled and there was a good resolution for my situation, I knew I came to the right dental group for my dental needs. I would highly recommend The Masters Dental Group to anyone in need of any kind of specialized dental procedures as well as routine dental needs.

Had my teeth cleaned by dental hygienist Donna yesterday. She's always wonderful. First, she does a great job. Secondly, she's so knowledgeable about everything from what different toothpastes contain and do, as well as which one(s) are particularly good for you personally, to why on should floss. One of the most important and different things about Donna, compared to other hygienists I've seen, is she doesn't to shame you or make you feel guilty if you haven't taken care of your teeth properly. She kindly informs you of why it's important, and what's going in your mouth with no judgement. And Dr Masters is a. great periodontist, period. I drive over 20 miles see them, and it's totally worth it.

This office is wonderful from the very beginning, everyone in this office is friendly, caring and warm. Dr Master is truly incredible knows her stuff and I can say after having treatment at another place by a different Dr she is the best out there. She calls to check on you after your procedure, that doesn't happen often. She walked me through the healing process and educated me what steps are next to achieve my results.

I was able to get a rush appointment on a Friday for pressure and pain on my upper right jaw. Masters technology arsenal is amazing. When the X-ray showed nothing I was given a 3d scan of my mouth and nasal and sinus cavities ON SITE. Masters is the best!

I received exceptional care from every member of the staff at Masters. My orthodontist recommended Dr Masters as a periodontist for a graft I needed for an exposed root- which sounds scary. Dr Masters and staff put my mind at ease every step of the way. They were very caring, explained the course of treatment and procedure and addressed my concerns. They were not rushed with me and made me feel like I was their only patient. I experienced very little discomfort before, during and after the procedure.
