I’ve been coming to Dentistry of Indiana for the entire duration of my life and even after moving away from Indy, I still make the trip to come to them. The staff is caring, professional, and they deliver the most top notch service one could hope to receive at the Dentist. I definitely recommend this business to anyone who has anxiety about receiving dental work or to anyone in general. It’s an amazing location for children as well. Where to begin! Dentistry of Indiana is unlike any dentist office I’ve ever been to! From the reception area to the rooms, the vibe is light, airy and homey. Going to the dentist can be daunting, but you won’t feel that way at this office! Dr Audrey is an amazing dentist and person. I’ve had many, many appointments from general cleanings, to fillings, therapeutic Botox (which cured my headaches from grinding my teeth), teeth whitening (LOVE!) and most recently new veneers. The process of getting veneers is an exciting one, but has many steps. From the first appointment to my last, she kept me informed about what was to come even involving me in the process of picking what look I wanted. Who knew there were so many choices! During one of the longer appointments, she gave me one of her soft blankets and headphones so I could listen to an audio book while she worked her magic! For this teacher and mom, it was actually relaxing! She is a perfectionist that works incredibly hard to make sure I felt 100% ecstatic over my new smile!! Go and see Dr Audrey or her equally talented and sweet husband Dr Stacy for anything dental or aesthetic related!

I’ve been seeing both Dr. Mr. and Dr. Mrs. Johnson for over 15 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them and their staff. They’ve always been incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. Whether it’s a routine visit or something more involved, they consistently make the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. After all these years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else—highly recommend!

I had a not great experience that ended up very positive. Dr Aubrey worked very hard to repair the issue. That changed my review but more importantly, my experience as a patient. There was an issue with scheduling and the office staff I dealt with did not utilize the best customer service nor did she reflect the care Dr Aubrey has for her patients. I was disappointed and expressed those concerns. Dr Aubrey reached out and made it right. More importantly, she didn’t shy away from my concerns. She and I had a direct conversation, per her request, about my feedback and experience. She listened, validated my concerns, and even helped problem solve to avoid issues in the future. The reality is that some things don’t always go right and as a business, how you respond to that makes a HUGE difference. In this case, Dr Aubrey did a great job in ensuring I left happy and with a perfect smile!
