I recently moved to Knoxville from Ohio and was looking for a dentist in the area. I chose beaver creak because of my first initial impression on the phone. Kathy was so extremely helpful and sweet. They got me in the very next day for a cleaning, and when I walked in, I was immediately welcomed by the staff at the front. Brittany was my hygienist, she was by far the best dental hygienist I had ever had. She walked me through my cleaning, asked me important questions to understand me, and was very gentle. I have never had such an awesome experience with a dentist before. 10000/10 recommend.

The customer service and professionalism has always been outstanding. Both Dr Smith and Dr Rowley are fantastic, and have taken the time to explain everything prior to starting the procedures I was there for. Both are extremely friendly, professional and they sincerely make you feel welcomed, and not just as a patient. As a new patient, I went for a cleaning first and had a great experience. The clinic was nice and clean, the staff was welcoming. The hygienist Mary did a superb job and Dr. Rowley was wonderful. I am very happy that I chose Beaver Creek Dental!
