My daughter is a patient at Feather Touch Dental Care and she has been telling me for years how wonderful they are. So I flew from Texas to Atlanta to have some dental work done and it was the most AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The office staff is so awesome and friendly!! Dr. Shah and his assistant Pooja were so patient, professional and they have great bedside manner. Dr Shah is a perfectionist and he did a fantastic job on my dental work. I have never been so pleased with my smile.

Update: I wanted to update my original review. After I posted it, Aubrie from the dental office reached out to me directly to discuss my concerns. They took the time to explain what had happened with the billing and payment process, answered my questions, and addressed the misunderstandings and miscommunications by the front desk in a professional and respectful manner. My experience with the dentist and hygienist has always been very positive—they have been kind, skilled, and attentive throughout my visits. My original concerns were specifically about the administrative side of the office. I appreciate that the practice took my feedback seriously and made an effort to communicate with me and resolve the situation. I’m updating my review to reflect both my initial experience and the way the office handled my concerns afterward. Thank you for taking the time to listen and work toward a resolution. —————————————————————————— The dentist was great, and the hygienist was also excellent. Unfortunately, the billing department is a total mess. They overcharge you and bill you without providing any explanation or prior notice. Every time I’ve tried to resolve the issue, I’ve been met with a bad attitude instead of helpful customer service. They will fail contacting your insurance company and then claim you have to pay for what your insurance is not paying and the best they could offer is a three month payment plan. Then they would charge you every time you visited without following the payment plan schedule and claimed that be easier for me instead of for them. The quality of the dental care is excellent, but dealing with the billing department has been extremely frustrating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim at Feather Touch for more than 5 years and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice. From basic preventative care, to emergency referrals, to crowns and fillings, they have always done an excellent job. I feel like they are the best dental practice in town, and other dentists have even commented on the quality the work that Feather Touch has done for me!

The office itself is modern, clean, and equipped with updated technology. During my visits, the staff was friendly, and my experience in the chair was positive. Unfortunately, the billing and insurance practices at Feather Touch Dental were misleading. I ended up paying over $1000 for a routine exam, x-rays, and three fillings which is much more than the usual and customary charges. However, Dr. Shah worked with me after the fact and we were able to find an amicable solution.

Going to Feathertouch Dental is a true pleasure! EVERY SINGLE PERSON is so nice, warm and welcoming and EVERY SINGLE PERSON remembers me when I come to visit. They give flowers to the patients on certain days of the week! It’s such a nice experience. They are also so extremely thorough! The detailed care for the patient is remarkable! Highly recommend this practice!
