On the way to my appointment, the traffic was impossible and I was late, so I called ahead to ascertain that my appointment would not be cancelled …they were so accommodating! Kelly, the Hygienist, even stayed during her break to see me! Above and beyond is where I place this group… a truly wonderful dental office! And a fantastic dentist!

Where should I begin? My friend recommended this dental practice. I understand that many people are apprehensive about visiting the dentist, so I appreciate if someone can recommend a reputable dental office. I visited the office and had a positive experience with the dentist. The hygienist informed me that I required a deep cleaning. I agreed, as I believed they should provide the best advice and possess the knowledge necessary to maintain oral health. Before any procedure, I always inquire about the cost. Since I have dental insurance, which I provided to the front desk staff, I assumed they would fulfill their duty of contacting my insurance company to determine if the procedure is covered or to inform me of my copay. I was informed that I need to schedule a teeth cleaning more frequently, once every three months. I was scheduled for my third cleaning in a year in December. I realize that I should have personally verified with my insurance company if I was covered, but I trusted the office’s system, as I believe it is part of their responsibilities to communicate with the insurance company regarding an individual’s coverage. They informed me that I owed nothing. However, in February, I received a phone call, text message, and email notification that my account was 60 days overdue and that I owed them $172. I contacted my insurance company to inquire about this situation and was informed that the dental office had not contacted them. It should be my decision regarding the amount I am willing to spend out of pocket for any medical procedure. I am deeply disappointed with this experience.

I had an Incredible experience with Dr Daniel DelCastilo. He did my crowns, and the results look so natural that I couldn’t be happier. The color, shape, and overall look are perfect. He really took his time to make sure everything matched beautifully. I am very happy with my new smile , and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist.

The entire office is terrific, from Dr. Del Castillo on down to the scheduler Hilda and all the other hygienists and assistants. I’m so happy to have found such a great dental office in my neighborhood. Biannual checkups, fixed fillings, Invisalign, and bonding have all been done very professionally.

Dr DelCastillo is a highly skilled, all business dentist and is super competent & responsive to patient needs. i appreciate that its easy to get timely appointments with him, &'he works closely with my periodontist.
