I had a deep cleaning done today, and Leo did an outstanding job. He was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything throughout the procedure, which made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The cleaning was very thorough, and my teeth have never felt so clean. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming as well. I highly recommend this office, and if you have the chance, ask for Leo—you’ll be in great hands!

Dr. Delcastillo has been amazing and helped my family address several tooth issues over the last few years. The office staff is amazing. Always helpful, friendly and prompt - getting us in in emergencies and working around schedules. Love our hygienist. They are the best dental team around.

Always organized and easy… my teeth cleaning is always great!! Kelly has been cleaning my teeth for many, many years. I drive 40 minutes to get here but wouldn’t have it any other way! Dr. DelCastillo is an amazing dentist! He has handled so many different problems I’ve had with ease and always makes you feel comfortable. Also, nothing he does has ever taken a long time. He attends to you and methodically gets it done. I would recommend this office to everyone (but I want to be able to get an appointment! lol)

Pedro just did a cleaning for me which was great. It was thorough, painless, and very quick. He treats you like family and always does an amazing job. I cannot recommend both this dental clinic and Pedro enough!

Where should I begin? My friend recommended this dental practice. I understand that many people are apprehensive about visiting the dentist, so I appreciate if someone can recommend a reputable dental office. I visited the office and had a positive experience with the dentist. The hygienist informed me that I required a deep cleaning. I agreed, as I believed they should provide the best advice and possess the knowledge necessary to maintain oral health. Before any procedure, I always inquire about the cost. Since I have dental insurance, which I provided to the front desk staff, I assumed they would fulfill their duty of contacting my insurance company to determine if the procedure is covered or to inform me of my copay. I was informed that I need to schedule a teeth cleaning more frequently, once every three months. I was scheduled for my third cleaning in a year in December. I realize that I should have personally verified with my insurance company if I was covered, but I trusted the office’s system, as I believe it is part of their responsibilities to communicate with the insurance company regarding an individual’s coverage. They informed me that I owed nothing. However, in February, I received a phone call, text message, and email notification that my account was 60 days overdue and that I owed them $172. I contacted my insurance company to inquire about this situation and was informed that the dental office had not contacted them. It should be my decision regarding the amount I am willing to spend out of pocket for any medical procedure. I am deeply disappointed with this experience.
