The office staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism. I arrived prior to my scheduled appointment time and departed promptly upon completion of my dental care. The quality of care provided at this facility is truly exceptional.

Im a E.D.D.A. and I was in the dental field for over 20years before I retired. I called here to get a apt because I'm getting a implant next door to them and just needed a crown over it and wanted to get new parcels because the dentist i go to I didn't like the ones he made I have no other work that needs to be done at this time because I have had everything done at my previous dentist. So they would not see me inless I payed over $300 dollars for there plan to see the dentist which doesn't make a bit of sense to me! So they would rather have over $300 dollars to join there plan instead of getting a crown and 2 new parcels done witch is about about $2600.00 dollars like I sead I don't need a cleaning or any filling done I'm all finished with that work just wanted a crown and new parcels i was ok to pay for a consolation. I had to make a appointment in the east end to get the quality work done I need it's a bit of a drive but you can't seem to get good quality care in the south end of louisville which I just move to. It seams like a bit of a scam to make you pay over $300 dollars just to be seen in this practice. His father that i meet back in the day didn't use E.D.D.A. and did quality work. But it seams way to much as changed in this practice.

I was very pleased with everyone who took part in checking my teeth i am sorry that I haven’t been coming in regularly it is my fault that i am having this problem with my teeth i should know better but I am very grateful to all of you for the time that you are going to take to help me with my teeth i will try to do better with them from this point forward thank you

I am a person that typically is very nervous about seeing any doctors. When I tell you I was made to feel so comfortable at my appointment, I couldn't believe how kind and compassionate all of the medical support staff and techs, and the doctor was in treating me. I will be referring friends to this facility. The environment was clean, warm and very inviting to everyone. The waiting room had diverse magazines, and children's books. It was spacious and I didn't have to wait for a super long time. I appreciate how kind everyone was. I look forward to my next visit. They were very thorough in explaining what was to take place and providing me with honest opinions and options in my care. Thank you all so much, you truly don't know how much it meant to me. You put me at ease about everything. Thank you.

The staff is super friendly and capable. I had to cancel my appointment & Amber put me on a cancellation list. She texted me every few days with openings until I found a suitable spot! I really appreciated that. My hygienist was very thorough, professional, explained every treatment she performed, educated me on proper dental care, super friendly, and was gentle. As a retired hygienist myself, I know what I’m talking about! The office has invested in new equipment that addresses the removal of biofilm and calculus. It gives me great comfort that Dr. Schulte continues to invest in new equipment and procedures that Improve the overall care and experience of the patient. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental health!
