The visit was much better than I had anticipated. Not knowing what to expect made me feel anxious. But from the time I entered the door and encountered the receptionist to the exit review, I was made to feel welcome. The dental hygienist was professional, caring and kind. She explained the procedures prior to gently performing them. She also answered all my questions in an understandable manner. The dentist was also thorough in his exam and offered options for future work that I need to have performed. And most of this care can be performed in this same location, limiting the need to go to another outside provider. I highly recommend this dental practice.

The staff was so kind and thoughtful. Updated my. Friend that took me of the procedure snd how I was doing. Kept me informed of what would happen next. Had two teeth extracted. Dr Schmit was gentle and skilled. It’s definitely the place to go to make the bad situation better!

The front office made me feel welcome and Dr. Schmidt and his dental assistant were very calming! They explained everything that needed to be done and I felt very comfortable the entire visit! Dr. Steve, dental assistant Hollie, and the entire office staff has provided me with INCREDIBLE dental care!! I researched dental offices in Louisville and surrounding areas for years until finding an office that would handle my case with compassion and expertise! I had dental trauma as a child and knew that I’d have crippling dental anxiety leading up to the appt. They handled my anxiety with care and their bedside manner is top tier for every single appointment. I would recommend Dr. Steve and Remmers Dental to anyone. I really appreciate the staff and Doctors at Remmers. Today I went for my first cleaning in my adult life in sometime without any sort of calming agent and I did really well. They really do take the patients needs into consideration and they are gentle and modern.
