4 months agoI am blown away! The staff here is so kind, efficient and welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable and taken care of from the minute I walked in. They answer any questions you may have and address any concerns in a way that makes you feel like you’re in the absolute best hands. The office is not only beautiful but clean, easy to access and has ample parking (even in a snow storm!). Dr. Aiken and his staff took great care of me. Whether it’s for a routine clean, for a pain or problem, or even cosmetic, I would recommend them to anyone here in Louisville. Thanks to everyone at the office. 🥰

2 weeks agoAll I can say is WOW! I have never been to a dentist office that was so thorough, transparent, and informative. The hygienist explained everything to me and why it was being done, and Dr. Aiken was fantastic. I appreciated his commitment to small business and maintaining quality. I will absolutely recommend this practice to everyone!

2 months agoWonderful experience!! Everyone from the time I arrived was very welcoming and nice. The dentist took time to ask questions about me and really understand my needs of being there. I am someone that had a very bad experience else where. So I really appreciated the kindness and care that this office showed me. 10 out of 10 recommend for anyone looking to find the right dentist in Louisville.

6 months agoI am a difficult patient to schedule with international and state to state travel and Dr. Aiken and his team are most accommodating and communicative. Ive had many dentists in multiple states and feel, by far, as though my well being is best in their care. The staff is also wonderful at coordinating with oral surgery Ive had to address while in Louisville. Also of note, the office is amazing! I told Dr. Aiken i could live in there! Lots of light, exposed brick, clean, welcoming and most comfortable !

From the incredibly sweet and welcoming greeting by the staff, to Pam’s careful & efficient hygienist skills (and our fun conversation)… to Dr. Wilson’s check-up, some helpful hints on dental health care and professionalism. The visit was a 10 out of 10!
