Best dentist office I’ve ever had. Wonderful staff in all departments. They have helped through multiple emergencies. Excellent customer service. Great waiting area - and even a “comfort menu”.

I recently had my first visit with Aiken & Wilson Dentistry. My dentist was Dr. Wilson and I was extremely pleased with the experience. Dr. Wilson was personable, professional, and very thorough throughout my examination. She took the time to clearly explain her findings and outlined a thoughtful plan moving forward, with a strong emphasis on maintaining and improving my overall oral health. The entire staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The dental assistants were friendly, attentive, and caring, and the front office receptionists were especially warm and welcoming. Their professionalism and kindness contributed to a very comfortable and positive visit. I look forward to continuing my treatment with Dr. Wilson and her staff.

Saw them today as a new patient and everyone was very nice! Got all of my Xray’s and got to speak with Dr.Aiken. Very personable and I look forward to my next appointment. And I got a cute cup because I’m a new patient 🥳

I am blown away! The staff here is so kind, efficient and welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable and taken care of from the minute I walked in. They answer any questions you may have and address any concerns in a way that makes you feel like you’re in the absolute best hands. The office is not only beautiful but clean, easy to access and has ample parking (even in a snow storm!). Dr. Aiken and his staff took great care of me. Whether it’s for a routine clean, for a pain or problem, or even cosmetic, I would recommend them to anyone here in Louisville. Thanks to everyone at the office. 🥰

My endodontist referred me to Aiken & Wilson for a crown. I was not satisfied with the prior dentist I was seeing at another practice and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Wilson. The staff and Dr. Wilson were very welcoming and put me at ease. I have had extensive dental work the past few years and they made the procedure as comfortable as possible. I have scheduled a cleaning and am happy to have found them for my dental care!
