I went in for an extraction. The staff was amazing, from checking in, to dental tech, to getting my insurance processed and set up payment plan. Since my mouth was going to be fully numb, it was suggested I get the deep cleaning. I was nervous and anxious, but the staff put me at easy. Bonus-the music playlist they have is AWESOME. When it was time to go over to the Dr side and get my tooth extracted, I was anxious again.( I am horrible with names) The tech that assisted Dr with the extraction was so kind and her voice was calming. Dr came in numbed the area again, waited about 5 minutes then told me it would be about 30 seconds, I may feel pressure. He said he was just going to check and see if area was totally numb. Before I could even realize=took him 3 seconds ...tooth out. I felt nothing..no pressure, not a noise. Going to dentist for any reason always makes me feel nervous and anxious. This was the best experience I had. Next day at work I let my coworkers know what a great experience I had and the whole staff was just as amazing.** As at my workplace we excell in giving the clients & pets one-on-one customer service**

I had a really good experience, everyone there was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, which I appreciated because nobody likes sitting around forever at the dentist. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that actually made sense, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything. I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I understood what was going on with my teeth and what my options were. The office was clean, calm, and professional, and the overall vibe made the visit way less stressful than I expected. I’m glad I chose this clinic and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who actually takes the time to care about their patients.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I usually have my son with me and they are so helpful with me. I somewhat feel like a Cheers episode because everyone here seems to know your name, or teeth! Always a pleasure!

East El Paso Dentist is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Their appointment availability is great, you don’t have to wait weeks to be seen even as a new patient. Dr. Jonathan Aldas was very thorough with the exam and addressed all my concerns. Their financial specialist Erica is so helpful and knowledgeable. I was back in for my treatment the following week! 10/10 I highly recommend this dental office.
