2 weeks agoI want to thank Valley Dental Care for helping me out with my treatment. I want to start with the front with coming with Vanessa helping me schedule my appt. Adrian for taking my call and the office manager for assuring me everything is going to be ok to the back office with Brenda taking care of me. Thank you for accepting me and taking care of me. Valley dental care is the best place to go. I did read the bad reviews but the billing situation is really about interest. They go out of there to explain everything. Thank you for helping me and my treatment. I would recommend everyone to Valley Dental Care.

a month agoI had a fantastic experience at Valley Dental Care thanks to Andy, the dental hygienist. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Andy took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions in a clear, reassuring way. He was very gentle during the cleaning, and I could tell he really cared about my comfort the entire time. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I left feeling confident about my dental health and what I can do to keep it that way. You can really see that Andy takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend seeing Andy at Valley Dental Care if you’re looking for a hygienist who is skilled, kind, and attentive.

a month agoI would strongly advise anyone considering this dental office to seek care elsewhere. I initially went in for what I believed was a simple cavity. I was told I needed a root canal, and trusting the provider, I agreed. Unfortunately, my symptoms did not improve, and I continued to experience significant tooth pain. When I reported this to the dentist, I was repeatedly told the pain was coming from a different tooth, despite my insistence that the pain was originating from the tooth that had just undergone the root canal. Desperate for relief and trusting the dentist’s judgment, I followed his recommendation and was told I now needed an implant. I was quoted a substantial amount of money, which I agreed to pay because I was in pain and simply wanted it to stop. Approximately six months later, I was informed, without prior warning, that I would need to pay nearly an additional $3,000 to proceed. This cost was never disclosed upfront, and I was effectively told my implant would not be completed unless I paid the additional amount. Feeling pressured and with no alternative at that point, I paid. Despite all of this, my tooth pain never resolved. When I again raised concerns about the persistent pain, I was told this was “normal.” Knowing this was not normal, I sought a second opinion. The new dentist confirmed what I suspected all along: the original root canal had not been performed correctly and needed to be redone. I then had to pay out of pocket to have the procedure corrected by a competent provider. As a result, I underwent an unnecessary implant, endured months of pain, and incurred significant financial costs that could have been avoided if my concerns had been taken seriously from the beginning. I am a registered nurse, and even with my medical background, my concerns were dismissed. This office demonstrated poor clinical judgment, lack of transparency regarding costs, and an alarming disregard for patient input. My experience strongly suggests a focus on financial gain rather than appropriate patient care. Additionally, patients are offered free teeth whitening in exchange for leaving a positive review. For this reason, I would strongly caution prospective patients not to rely solely on the online reviews when evaluating this practice. Do not go to this practice. If you are considering treatment here, I urge you to get a second opinion first. It could save you unnecessary procedures, pain, and thousands of dollars

a month agoMiss Brenda, who helped me today was excellent. She was very attentive and helpful which made me feel relaxed and at ease. I actually enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next. On Dec. 23. I came back to receive my partial and Mr Frank tended to me. He was very helpful and thorough in his explanation on how to take care of my piece. He's always jovial, friendly, and positive and puts me at ease. The front office staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I'm very happy with the services. Thank you all. Keep up the good work. 😊
