Dr.Ro and staff are amazing. They truly care about your health and well-being. They treat you like Family. I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Ro's office. They were very thorough and let me know everything that was going to happen and what was going on. I would recommend Dr. Ro to anyone and everyone. For me it was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Paul Ro, DDS and the staff here are amazing. This is the only dentist I have been to that doesn't stress me out. They do GREAT work here. They are sensitive to their clients needs, and they are very friendly and respectful. I have already recommended this place to family, friends, and coworkers. Also, hygienist Zenna is great. She cleaned my teeth so thoroughly that even my wife was pleasantly surprised.

Best dentist I've ever been to - especially in El Paso. He's calm, froendly and honest - a rare find. Work was phenominal! The temporary crown actually fit my nightguard, thanks to the excellent, professional care of his assistant, which I cannot recall her name now. The entire staff and billing is straight forward. No sneaky billings, no work done or recommendations for fake things. Dr. Ro sat with me beforehand to review my needs and plan. Chris, the hygienist was the most gentle, thorough I've experienced. He educated me on how to brush and floss to do better without feeling critical, but because he really cares. Please do yourself a favor and make an appointment soon. He's in high demand, so plan ahead.

It was a most favorable experience being a first time patient with Dr. Ro, DDS and his staff. Throughout my 1.5 hour procedure I could detect I was in the care of a master dentist. I had a special circumstance and his attentiveness and competency was totally heartwarming. Dr Ro explained the treatment plan and why he progressed as he did.
