Today was the First time my 6 year old had to get treatment for a couple cavities! She was definitely a little nervous and admittedly so was I! Dr. Hu did a great job at putting both my daughter and I at ease. He was playful, goofy, and professional at the same time! The Dr. and his assistant got it done in less than an hour! Very impressive! This whole office is great! From the front desk to the nurses in the back all had great energy and winning personalities!
Fantastic experience and I really don’t like going to the dentist. From the time I walked in I was met with big smiles and the front desk folks made me feel like I made a good choice. The appointment was right on time no waiting and the rest as they say is history. The hygienist was very professional and explained everything. The dentist was also very compassionate about my fears and was quick for what I had done. No pain at all, I would recommend Caribbean to anyone needing a great dentist and staff.
Caribbean Dental offers outstanding customer service from the moment you walk in. Roxanne, the receptionist, is always so pleasant and helpful—she sets the tone for a great experience. Dr. Acevedo is simply amazing, and his dental assistant Christina is equally fantastic. Dr. Acevedo is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything he's doing, which really puts you at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients' comfort and well-being. I highly recommend Caribbean Dental for their professionalism, compassion, and top-notch care.
Staff is very friendly and courteous. Dentists set the example. Clean facilities. Dentists really talk to you about treatment and alternatives that work best for you. They make you feel like they really do care and not just a number. I got lucky just randomly picking an office that turned out to be prefect for me. There was a hiccup in timing of trays for my invisalign but it was quickly taken care of. I would highly recommend this place.
I had a fantastic experience at Caribbean Dental!The staff was incredibly friendly, and the dentist took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The office was clean and welcoming, and my appointment was right on time. I felt well cared for and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
