It's a joy to go here! I absolutely adore Hannah, my hygienist! The office is very clean and modern. Spa like and relaxing. I don't use dental insurance and they are always super open about the cost of services.

This is the BEST dental facility ever! Dr. Young is amazing with cosmetic procedures, extremely skilled and talented. He is also compassionate and really cares about you as a patient. Mandy is my favorite hygienist I’ve ever had in my life. She is very gentile with my cosmetic cleanings and makes me feel comfortable throughout our visit. Feels like visiting with a friend. I will come back for twice a year cleanings even when I move out of state. 🩷😁

I have been going to this office since 2009, when it was still Rafia Dental. Dr. Raffia ran a great office, he and everyone there was so nice, and I never had any issues of any kind. However, since the new doctors purchased it and have taken over, I have given the office not one, not two, but three strikes and I'm now done. First issue, I needed my mouth guard adjusted so sent them an email and never got a response back. No big deal...I dealt with it, and then brought it to my next appointment. Second issue, went in for a cleaning and then got hit with a big bill later. Apparently, my insurance company was ok, but not my specific plan. Not their fault, but something that should be figured out BEFORE an appointment. And finally, at my appointment today they could not find me in the insurance system even though I 100% am under the plan. Again, not their fault because I could not produce my account number...but something that should be figured out BEFORE i take hours off of work, drive all the way down there, pay for parking, etc. They have 4 or 5 ladies up front working the desk...at any other doctor's office I've ever been to, they always have this stuff sorted beforehand. So I'm done...after 17 years. I will be looking for a place that is more reminiscent of the service I used to get when it was Rafia Dental.

Lovejoy dental has been an amazing experience for me. Having had a mixed bag of dental experiences over the years I’m so grateful to have found them and can’t imagine going anywhere else. From the 1st appointment I’ve felt at home with the staff who are not only kind but very proficient and accommodating to my many needs. When I broke a front tooth they got me in immediately referred me to the best care and helped me through the process seamlessly. They have changed my smile with veneers that look so natural it’s truly unbelievable. I can again smile w/o being self conscious. I don’t usually ever give out reviews but Dr Young and his staff need to be recognized for their excellent service

I've been wanting to get into Lovejoy for some time based off personal recommendations. I'm glad I finally did. The most comfortable and professional dental clinic I've been to. Dr. Young and his staff are the best I've experienced. Actually tied for number one, but they retired so Lovejoy takes first place. Kidding aside, great dentist, great hygienists. Can't recommend them enough.
