Absolutely best dental experience I’ve ever had. The women in scheduling and billing are very skilled at their job and make the admin part of the visit so seamless. Olivia was my hygienist today and I can hands down say she is the best hygienist to work on my teeth. She is so knowledgeable, very careful to make sure I am comfortable, and was an overall very caring person. I never felt pressured into getting a certain part of the treatment and was at ease the entire time. My only slight complaint was that the online scheduling link did not work, otherwise 10/10 experience

Everyone there from the receptionist to the oral hygienist, dental assistant, and Dr Ellison were,Polite Kind,very Caring, and Professional. They explained everything that needed to be done and what they were doing as we went along.And performed the procedures without inflicting any severe PAIN!!! After my experience there I would not go anywhere else.My new teeth are awesome 😁😁😁 and I THANK EACH AND EVERYONE OF U for a great dental visit .The ladies even went over the billing and explained cost of services to be received and different ways to pay the bill before starting!!! I had been putting off a visit to the dentist for far too long due to a previous traumatic experience. I told the team at Audubon Dental and they were just incredible. They took the time to reassure me and ensured the experience was pain free. The ladies at the front desk were exceptional. Cecily and Dr Bob were phenomenal. 100% recommend and I will be back!

The dental assistant Meka was absolutely amazing — she reassured me that everything would be okay, and she was right! Her kindness and calm attitude helped ease all my nerves. Dr. Bob was awesome too — gentle, patient, and very professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt no pain. The office is clean, friendly, and welcoming. I’m so glad I found them — now I have a new dentist home!

It was my first time at Audubon Dental Group and I highly recommend! I hadn’t found a dentist since moving to Memphis and my partner constantly raved about them. I went in for my first cleaning and everyone was so friendly — making me feel cared for and mad at myself for not going in sooner! Gia was so great about explaining all the X-rays, what she was doing during the cleaning and answered any questions I had. The technology they use is more advanced than I’ve seen at a dentist office and I’m excited to go back for an Invisalign consultation soon!
