I highly recommend Firefly for their compassion, professionalism, and gentleness. As someone who struggles with anxiety at the dentist, I truly appreciate how nonjudgmental they are and how they communicate in a way that makes you feel empowered to make the best decisions for yourself. I also love the TVs you can watch during appointments which is such a great distraction! Most importantly, I’ve never felt pressured to purchase anything extra or like I was being “sold” on services, which is so refreshing. Thanks Firefly!

Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness immediately put me at ease — which is no small feat considering how anxious I usually am about dental visits. Today was my first appointment with Firefly Dentistry, and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Alex was absolutely phenomenal. He made me feel incredibly comfortable, like we had known each other for years. His calm and friendly demeanor instantly helped ease my nerves — something I never thought possible at the dentist! Then came Dr. Sandberg — what an exceptional human being and dentist. His bedside manner is truly unmatched. He was patient, kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. He made sure I understood everything going on and never once made me feel rushed. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both his patients and the quality of his work. A huge thank you to Jamie as well — checkout was seamless, and she was so helpful in walking me through what to expect for my next visit. Her kindness and clear communication wrapped up the appointment on such a high note. Even though Firefly Dentistry isn’t in my insurance network, I have absolutely no regrets. Choosing them was the best decision I could have made. There are so few places left where you feel truly seen, heard, and cared for — and this is one of those rare gems. I was dreading having to go to the dentist, but I'm so glad I did my research and found this place. Excellent experience! The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the facility is so nice and accommodating. I feel well taken care of by honest people, and so far the work they have done has been beautiful! You can tell these people love their job, take pride in their work, and want to help people. I know I have a long road ahead to fix my teeth, but I feel so much better knowing that I found a dentist that I trust. Extra bonus, on my first visit when I was most nervous, I was overjoyed to see their adorable dog "Porter" in the office. I don't think he's there every day but I wish he was! *Fyi, I'm a USMC Veteran, and the dentist informed me about using VA dental (which would have covered all my dental care at no cost)... he didn't have to do that, and I appreciated his honesty. He was trying to save me some money rather than take it. He has experience working at VA Dental. So, for any Veterans out there looking for a dentist because they are not covered by the VA or because they do not want to go to the VA, here is a dentist who you can trust, and he has a lot of experience treating Veterans. This is probably the longest review I've ever written, but it is well warranted for Firefly Family Dentistry.

I have always had a good experience at Firefly. The hygienist for my cleanings are very nice. Dr. Sandberg always comes in to do his check.
