2 weeks agoI've been a patient here for over five years. Regular cleanings, X-rays, a cavity or two, and more recently a root canal, are all procedures I've had done here. The staff is lovely- friendly, helpful, and wonderful to work with on scheduling and billing. The dentist is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and willing to explain. Everyone is kind and quick with a smile. I moved a year ago and will continue to make the 45-minute drive here for care. A+++

2 months agoI had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at ease right from the start. The dental assistant /hygienist was excellent – thorough, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Marwan was fantastic, taking the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything in detail. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office!

The dentist is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. His work was top-notch, and I truly felt safe and well-cared for. The entire team is fantastic and helped me stay calm every step of the way. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

3 weeks agoI found Dr. Ibrahem on limb. My last experiences have not been traumatic. From the moment I called to the time I left it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist office & their team. I didn’t get everyone’s names but the two ladies at the desk were lovely & sweet with checking me in, letting me know the costs, and checking out/scheduling appointments was a breeze. Avery was great! She was very friendly, kind, & educated me on some many things I didn’t know before. Dr. Ibrahem was AMAZING. He answered all questions, came up with a game plan, & very personable. I loved my experience at Cream City Dental.
