The first thing you’ll notice is how clean the office is. And then there are all the amazing people who work there. Everyone is kind and considerate. My doctor is great. I trust him most importantly. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. 😌

It is with pleasure to share my positive experience with this office. I needed significant work done, and researched multiple places in town.  This office was recommended by a colleague in the dentistry busineas, and after all my due diligence, I'm happy with my decision. This team has been patient, caring, professional and delivered my smile makeover!!

It is hard to know how amazing people are unless there is a problem. Everyone is nice when things go smooth. I had a small problem. Not caused by the doctor or his office. Just a weird thing with my body. The entire office. Including Tracy at the front desk were wonderful in helping me. Dr. Richard Heinl was superb. I was scared and very irritated. He was kind, patient and compassionate. I felt like I was in the hands of experts treating me like family. I cannot say enough about the level of care and the attitude of the doctor and his staff.

Dr Mersha and his entire staff are top quality, the very best in the business. I’ve had many dentists in 5 states over the years and I know the difference between a professional and a scammer. This group he has put together are outstanding individuals. Doctor did total implants top and bottom. My teeth are beautiful, I’m constantly stopped by people admiring my smile. I drive 250 miles round trip from Bullhead City to Las Vegas because Discovery Dental & Implants, Dr Mersha and his entire staff are “SIMPLY, THE BEST”!!!

My first visit was due to some very unpleasant staff, shady practices, and shoddy work I needed repaired from my previous dentist, everyone was happy, professional, courteous, respectful, and communicated extremely well. Dr. Mersha is a consummate professional. He was completely honest, sincere, and thorough. After a complete exam with X-rays, he cleared part of the mess, stating the rest would need to wait a bit, and laid out a plan for that treatment. Then he did something no other dentist has done in 55+ years. Pointed out a problem getting worse in a different area I had thought I had to live with. He gave a detailed explanation of the situation and how it could be corrected and his recommended course of treatment. He never pushed, leaving it up to me. When the estimate came, it was much more reasonable than the previous dentist for similar treatment, which confirmed to me that the business practices at the other dentist were, indeed, suspect. I used to be very, very nervous going to any dentist, but especially so of the last one. However, Dr Mersha and his incredible staff totally set me at ease through three visits now. No elevated blood pressure. No worries about treatment and cost. A totally wonderful experience all around. Thank you Dr Mersha and the Discovery Dental & Implants staff!
