Haven't been to a dentist in a while, and needed work done. Dr. James was the best dentist I've had in a long time. Very patient, understanding, compassionate, everything you'd want in a dentist. The staff are also wonderful- attentive, funny, lively, it feels like a group of people that love what they do, and care about each other. Not very common nowadays, so it was a pleasant surprise. Dr. Kori and dental hygienist Kathy were both wonderful — professional, kind, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit. Kathy was especially gentle during the cleaning, and both she and Dr. Kori took their time to clearly explain the condition of my teeth, areas for improvement, and the treatment plan moving forward, all without making me feel rushed.
