Every touchpoint from appointment scheduling and email/text reminders, to check-in, to the actual visit, and finally to check out and follow-up scheduling is handled perfectly. Dr. Canatella’s staff are all professional and friendly. His hygienists (Zoey was great) are friendly and excellent at explaining what procedures are to be done at the visit. Dr. Canatella always checks in with his great bedside manner and personal touch. I walk away from every visit feeling great about the entire experience. 5 stars quite frankly does not do Dr. Canatella and his staff justice on how they perform.
