I was skeptical at first because I viewed Mint dentistry as a big chain dentist, but I was extremely surprised whet I arrived. I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff, and my experience with the dental crew was top notch. I’ve been 3 times so far, and every experience has been great. And they really know what they are doing with your teeth as well!!

I went in as a new patient. I had a consultation about my dental health and took their advice for the SRP. I had Liz for my cleaning and she was absolutely wonderful! Very kind and personable. My visit was quick and pain free. She is hands down the reason that I will be coming back here for all of my dental needs!

I’ve been a patient at Mint dentistry in New Orleans since I’ve moved here just over 6 months ago and needed extensive dental work done. To say I am satisfied as a client/patient wouldn’t do justice to their entire team and the experience I’ve had. From the receptionist being easy to communicate with and very prompt about making sure I get booked in as soon as I walk in the door and booking follow-up appointments before I leave after services. In addition I’ve dealt with two separate dentists and had the best care I’ve ever received. From a root canal, extraction, bridges, and crowns to a deep cleaning all the procedures have been done painlessly and also carefully explained to me as well, so I knew what to expect before they started. I am happy to say that this is the best experience with any dentist that I’ve ever had.

The entire staff was very friendly. They made my 1st appointment experience very comfortable. Dr. Pham was great!!! She was very thorough in explaining my dental health. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Many of us hate going to the dentist. I REALLY HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST. In fact, I did not go to the dentist for 10 yrs and as you can imagine when I finally did it was for a real dental problem. I just moved to New Orleans so I went to the place that I noticed while driving by. It looked nice. “It” was MINT Dentistry. I have been there three times now.. and I’m here to tell you.. that if I had gone here earlier in life I would not have the dental issues I’m dealing with now. The building is beautiful inside and out. Their registration is done on an IPad they hand you when you walk through the door. They have the friendliest and funniest staff I have witnessed in retail/medical anything. My last visit was for a tooth extraction. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the warm and friendly Sheena at the front, to the dental assistant lead, Michelle, who (don’t let her size deceive you) is an office powerhouse. This tiny pro somehow balances a very personalized experience for patients like myself while clearly keeping the entire office in-sync and on track. Why does this matter from the patient perspective.. —> confidence, I felt completely safe and confident in the care of Michelle and eventually Dr Pham. Dr. Pham probably deserves a review completely of her own. She is hands down the most talented Dr of teeth (I don’t know for sure what the correct terminology is) I have ever had. Her bedside manner = best in class. Unfortunately, I have had a tooth extraction before and it was not nearly as quick, painless and free of the usual anxiety as it was with Dr Pham. MINT Dentistry will be my dentist office for life.
