Great experience. The staff was super friendly. Very relaxing massage chairs, you choose your music and my needs were very important to them as well.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Trotter and the staff at Mint Dentistry. She’s an amazing dentist. She took such good care of my son, was knowledgeable and patient, she was efficient and completed multiple procedures in a short amount of time. The entire staff was friendly and pleasant. We are grateful for their expertise and generosity!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mint Dentistry – Hammond. The level of unprofessionalism, misinformation, and poor customer service I encountered was unacceptable. First, I simply asked for the Wi-Fi password and was told there was no Wi-Fi password available—only to later learn that there was, in fact, a password. While that may seem minor, it set the tone for the rest of the experience. More concerning was the handling of my payment. I paid for my services and was told that my credit card had been declined. I checked my credit card account myself and discovered that not only had the card NOT been declined, but I had actually been charged TWICE. What made the situation even more frustrating was the attitude I received when trying to address these issues. Rather than acknowledging what had occurred and attempting to resolve it professionally, the initial response made me feel as though I was somehow the problem. When a business makes an error involving a customer’s money, the appropriate response should be accountability, concern, and an immediate effort to correct it—not defensiveness or dismissiveness. I do, however, want to specifically recognize Kanisha, who ultimately stepped in and rectified the issue. She was very kind, professional, and helpful, and I genuinely appreciated the way she handled the situation. Her demeanor and response were exactly the level of customer service and professionalism I would have expected from the beginning. Patients should be able to trust that they are receiving accurate information, that their payments are being handled properly, and that concerns will be treated respectfully. While I appreciate Kanisha for turning the situation around, the overall experience leading up to her involvement was unnecessarily frustrating and fell well below the standard I expected from Mint Dentistry – Hammond.

All phases of Mint Dentistry was fantastic. Staff definitely made you feel comfortable and at ease. Music was great and that massage chair.. man.... will put you to sleep.. Everyone was real polite and very entertaining. Definitely a 10+
