2 months agoI want to recognize these four ladies for creating such a comfortable and welcoming environment during my root canal appointment: Dr. Pham, JC, Nachell, and Jumanne. From the moment I checked in at the front desk, I was quickly brought to the back to begin the procedure. They politely catered to my needs by asking if I wanted the massage chair turned on, playing music I was comfortable with, and continuously checking on me throughout the procedure to make sure I wasn’t in pain and was doing okay. What I really appreciate about this office is how they make you feel at home. They explained each step of the procedure beforehand so I could better understand what they were doing, which helped me feel relaxed and comfortable. They also gave me payment options and allowed me to choose my own pharmacy. Before I left, they reassured me that if I needed anything, I could always give them a call. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made this a great experience.

My dental hygienist, Tia, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and she kept the conversation flowing so naturally that there was never a dull moment. Her bubbly personality, paired with genuinely helpful and practical tips for ongoing dental care, was truly a highlight of my visit. The doctor’s check-in was quick, efficient, and reassuring, which I really appreciated. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience—I highly recommend Mint Dentistry and will absolutely be returning!
