The hygienist and the doctors are respectable and do exceptional work, so if you can see past the atrocious front desk etiquette, then you will have a great experience. Unfortunately, I got tired of receiving bills and not getting any explanation as to why I was being charged after several emails and calls. My recommendation is to go in and speak to one of the people behind the front desk and pray you get them on a good day, because they do not respond to their billing email address or return your calls.

Mid City Smiles is a great place to go to for all your dental needs. Customer service representative are very courteous, helpful and exceeds excellent. I enjoy going there for my dental needs. They really take their time with you and are very patient.

They explained things clearly and didn’t try to push unnecessary treatments. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of care. Not only did they respect my request for what I wanted and didn’t want, but they ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The staff was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend my family start coming here for their dental care, especially my son.

I really don’t like going to the dentist in general. From the phone call of scheduling me as a new patient to arrive by my experience was so great! The staff is very efficient and kind. Dr. Kay (I think that was her name) was absolutely wonderful and my experience was 10/10. I had to go for a chipped tooth, the price out of pocket was not bad and it took maybe 25 min to complete. I will recommend mid city smiles to everyone!
