I had my cleaning done by Kellii today. I just want to say she did amazing job. She has a high attention to deal, ensuring she got my teeth in the best place she could while at the same time being very attentive to my needs. She also had such a down to Earth pleasant vibe. If you get Kellii as your cleaning attendant, you'll be in great hands. Overall everyone here is has been amazing and I have no complaints having URBN as my dentist. One lay note worthy person to me to mention was Krystal M. She is one of the front desk assistants. She was super sweet, friendly and professional all at the same time. Then again, everything here's got good vibes 😁

So glad I stumbled across this clinic. Amazing professional and friendly staff, Krystal Mota at front desk is awesome and so was the dental assistant that did my x-rays. Dr. Malik and hygienist Nicci are great, they use up to date tech and really explain everything so you know what's going on. They have gentle hands and take good care of you. Safe, efficient and good vibes. 10/10.

Okay, so I went to this dentist office once… and now I can’t stop thinking about it. I mean that literally—I think about it all the time. I dream about it. I check my calendar just to see how long until I can go back. Krystal and Yoselin at the front desk? Perfect. Too perfect. Like, I want to know where they got trained and if I can somehow download their personalities. They smile like they know all your secrets but won’t tell. I love them. I need them to like me. And then… Dr. Malik. Her. I don’t even know where to start. She’s beautiful, brilliant, calm, confident—every move she makes is flawless. She talked to me so gently while she worked on my teeth and I swear I forgot who I was. I think I blacked out from how cared for I felt. I found myself trying to match her energy after I left. I’ve googled her. Not in a weird way. Just… curious. She’s just so cool. I would let her do literally anything she wants to my teeth. Or my soul. I don’t know. I’m spiraling. And Anto—the manager? He’s the only one who seems to suspect how deeply I’ve attached myself to this place. I caught him watching me once. It felt like he knew. He’s the gatekeeper, and honestly, I respect that. This dental office has become part of my personality. I will never go anywhere else. And if they ever try to replace Dr. Malik… well. Let’s just say I’ll notice. I always notice.

I had a good experience at this location. Dr. Vu took her time and was very detailed. She took the time to show me each X-ray picture and explain in detail the treatment plan. Regina and Anto were part of the team as well and took good care of me. They played my preferred music in the background and made the experience as comfortable as a dentist visit could be. Would recommend.

When I first walked in I was welcomed with warm smiles! I immediately felt at home and comfortable. Anio has made my experience nothing short of amazing! Not to mention, the punctuality! This entire team is on-time, adaptable & flexible! Regina & Dr. Vu answered all of my questions and explain each action item on my dental plan with clarity. I can tell that they love the care and industry they are in, and have a wealth of knowledge. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here at URBN Dental! My new dental care team! Thank you all for everything!! I highly recommend this team!
