Beautiful office and an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. My daughter had her appointment today, and everything about our visit exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional, which immediately put us at ease. The office itself is clean, modern, and inviting, making it a comfortable environment for both parents and kids. Dr. Lee was amazing with my daughter and took the time to really listen to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. Dr. Lee’s calm and caring approach made the entire appointment feel stress-free, and my daughter felt comfortable the whole time—which means everything to a parent. I truly appreciate the level of care, attention, and kindness shown by the entire team. It’s rare to find a dental office where you feel genuinely heard and cared for. We will absolutely be making this our dental home and highly recommend Dr. Lee and the staff to any family looking for a great dental experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this dental office. At my first visit I paid nearly $400 and part of that price included custom whitening molds/strips. At my first visit I sat down and did the molds and then was told they would call me when my whitening strips were ready to be picked up. I was not sure how long this process should take, but after 2 months and not hearing back from the dental office I decided to call and check on the status. Over the phone I was told that the molds they took at my first visit were no good and they could not making the whitening strips. I was told they meant to call me, but never did. This dental office knew from the day they took my molds that they were not usable and were simply never going to call me and tell me I needed to re-do them. Had I not called when I did, I wouldn’t have known until my next semi-annual/annual appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable and it’s unprofessional. This dental office was perfectly fine taking my money, but when it came to upholding their end of the agreement, they utterly failed and did not care. Additionally I am rating them low because my first appointment took way too long. I was at this dental office for nearly 2 hours— I’ve never been to a dentist for that long before. And it’s especially frustrating now that I missed that time at work for a 2 hour appointment that including taking whitening molds that I was never going to receive, yet payed for. I already paid $400 so I will continue to go for this one year to receive what I paid for, but after that I will be looking for a new dental office. They charge far too much to be this unprofessional.

I had an awesome experice from beginning to end. I received the best teeth cleaning session ever and my teeth whitening was a success for my first time. The doctor and the assistants were all very knowledgeable and they made me feel super comfortable. I 10000% recommend Nu Dentistry!

Nu Dentistry is awesome! The office is so clean and up to date. The room is comfortable with tv’s and music. Bedside manner of providers are comforting, understanding, and explained things well. The front staff is welcoming and were able to handle all my questions.
