I am absolutely overjoyed with the exceptional care I received at Wow Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Christy, my hygienist, who was simply phenomenal as always! . Shes always attentive and thorough,. Additionally, she shows a genuine interest in not only me but my family. Kudos as well to Dr. Stafford for providing excellent care and taking the time to ensure all my questions were answered. Dr. Stafford’s professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for patients truly set the standard for quality dental care. This is a GREAT dentist office!!!!!! ALL of the staff was SUPER and Dr.Stafford was impeccable and had great chair side manner. I recommend this dentist office and also Dr.Stafford was very gentle during my exam and cleaning she ask how was I feeling during the exam. Her and the dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and they even wipe your mouth and face from all of the water splash and doesn’t let you go out with all the white residue around your mouth 😁 I give this dental office TENZ ACROSS THE BOARD!!!! Today's visit was my fifth. Maybe sixth? Reception was professional. Checked in no problems. It had been about 3 months since my last visit. They still remembered me as a patient. Dr. Stafford was excellent per usual. Two hours of hard work on a couple of teeth. Done. Her dental assistant was super cool. Her name escapes me. I do remember that she's a mother with multiple children and holding it down with precision. An impressive roster to say the least.

I wanted to love this dentist office but my experience wasn’t the best. First I was told i would need a root canal. Took me a few months to go back cause I wasn’t sure if I wanted to extract the tooth instead. Months later I decided on the root canal & a couple filling getting done . In my 40 years of getting dental work done I have never been so uncomfortable as I was at this appointment. I felt pain even after being numb with medicine. I was injected multiple times in the middle of work being done because I could feel it all. Fast forward a week later I returned because all the work done was aching still. She did some adjustments & it instantly stopped. Walked out feeling good. A month later I was still feeling pain like a pinch nerve when I ate on any of the teeth. Thought I got a root canal but found out didn’t get a root canal but instead just a crown which I paid $700 for . So went back today for the 3rd time & was told I need a root canal on the teeth I previously paid to have feelings done on. It’s safe to say that won’t happen not there when I’m already sitting on a crown that underneath needs a root canal.

My first experience at Wow Dental was a good one. I virtually had no wait before being called back for my appointment (even with completing paperwork) and was surprised by the aesthetically pleasing decor in their waiting area. My dental hygienist, Chasity, was pleasant, personable, and professional throughout my appointment. Dr. Stafford was prompt when coming in for the conclusion of my visit and personable as well. I enjoyed this dental visit!
