Dr Frank is wonderful and so are his staff. Everyone is friendly, informative and show you they care. I had to have an overlay done on a tooth and it turned out amazing. Never had any issues with my bite and it looks beautiful! 10/10 would recommend him if you are looking for someone that knows what they are doing and want the extra care that only a private office like this can give you, unlike those doc in a box places. So glad I ended up going here!

What makes Walden exceptional is that everyone in the office makes me feel like family, even the puppies! I’ve dealt with much trauma related to my teeth. This dental office made me feel safe from the moment I arrived. The entire staff were warm and welcoming and professional. My dental issues were clearly analyzed and I was given a thorough assessment and a treatment plan that was reasonable and that made sense for me. In other offices where I’ve been abused, here I was shown care. The entire staff were top notch. I cannot recommend this office and practice enough. Dr Frank’s staff took photographs, X-rays, and helped give me a thoughtful care plan and most of all gave me confidence in my smile again. Thank you.

As someone who has always been genuinely anxious/borderline terrified about going to the dentist, I cannot say enough good things about this office. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff went out of their way to make me feel calm, heard, and respected. No rushing, no judgment—just patience and reassurance at every step. The team took the time to explain everything clearly before doing any work, which made a huge difference for my anxiety. They constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and never made me feel silly for being nervous. That level of empathy is rare and incredibly appreciated. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and professional, and somehow managed to turn what I usually consider a stressful experience into one that was actually manageable—and dare I say, positive. The office itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which also helped put my mind at ease. If you’re someone who dreads dental visits or has had bad experiences in the past, this is absolutely the place to go. They truly understand dental anxiety and know how to work with it. I had a negative experience with this dental clinic. About a year and a half ago, (July 2024) they placed two crowns for me, and now for several weeks I have been experiencing strong tooth sensitivity when eating on that tooth, It feels like the work was not done properly, and the problem was never fully resolved. In addition, during one of the appointments, the dentist scratched my chin. They were very rough and applied too much pressure, and because of this I had a visible scratch that took several weeks to heal. This should never happen during a dental visit. Overall, I was left with a very unpleasant impression. I am still dealing with tooth discomfort, and the lack of care and attention during the appointment was disappointing. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
