a month agoI recently had my teeth cleaned at Advanced Smiles, and I can't say enough good things about Erin! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I'm usually a bit nervous about dental procedures, especially anesthesia, but Erin was incredibly gentle and reassuring while administering it – I barely felt a thing! My cleaning was thorough, and she was so friendly throughout the entire process, making me feel completely at ease. Beyond Erin's excellent care, I was also very impressed with the entire staff at Advanced Smiles. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and patient, making for a truly welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. My teeth feel wonderfully clean, and it was a genuinely positive experience thanks to Erin and the wonderful team. I highly recommend them!

2 weeks agoI recently scheduled an appointment to have a yearly cleaning. During my first appointment, it became a consultation. No cleaning. They took x-rays and spent over an hour waiting for the dentist to review the results and prepare a long list of suggestions. My one goal for the appointment when I scheduled it was to have a cleaning, but they do not do general cleanings, they only offer "deep cleanings". I had to now schedule two additional appointments, which means two more days to move around schedules at work and go to the dentist to have a cleaning. The cost kept changing for the "deep cleaning". The second appointment they cleaned one side of my mouth, I was told how much I would owe at the end of the appointment, I paid and when I went back for now my third appointment, they said they forgot I still owed more. The total cost for the cleaning was $270. I have a great dental plan that pays for cleanings! They have created this "deep cleaning" to overcharge patients and will not provide a regular cleaning that is covered at a zero copay by your insurance. It is a complete scam. I paid my balance and cancelled the third appointment (second half of my cleaning). It should not take three appointments for a yearly cleaning and cost 270 dollars. Run don't walk away from this dental office, it's a money grab!

2 weeks agoI absolutely loved it here! I haven’t been to a dentist in about maybe 10 years! When I tell you how welcoming the staff was from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Big shout out to Nikki and Alexa. Erin the hygienist did the most amazing job. The whole time she explained everything she was doing and making sure I was comfortable at all times. She really knows what she’s talking about too. I saw Dr Calzada such a nice guy!!!!! My teeth look terrific! I can’t stop staring at them!!! You now got yourself a new patient and I will be recommending your office to everyone I know!

a month agoBeen coming here for years now and it’s always been a good experience. The hygienists are super nice and always make you feel comfortable. They take their time and actually explain stuff without rushing you out the door. They don’t try to upsell or push anything you don’t need. Just straight to the point and does good work. Office is clean, front desk is easy to deal with, and I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment. Honestly I don’t love going to the dentist in general, but they make it as painless as possible. Would recommend!!

a week ago****Please read**** Give zero stars A family member was recently there for a cleaning. He was told by the hygienist you are doing a great job with your teeth. Now it's time for the dentist to exam his mouth. He said it looks like you have 4 cavities and your filling is coming out. This family member has never had a cavity, so how could his filling be almost coming out. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY. I have also been told, I need unnecessary work done. I went to an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed instead of getting a crown. (That's what I was told I needed) My oral surgeon said I DON'T see anything wrong. Don't believe the 4.7 rating.
