a week agoWeird vibes here. I do not recommend. I’m a former patient who moved away and recently came back, just trying to schedule my routine cleaning. You’d think this would be simple. It was not. I tried to schedule ahead two months in advance, only to be met with a receptionist who was rude, dismissive, and seemed personally offended that I dared to want clean teeth. Apparently, they’re “completely booked through the end of the year,” which I guess makes this the hottest ticket in town? Being completely booked 5 months before the end of the year sounds like poor scheduling management, not “we’re thriving”. The whole interaction just felt… off. Discriminatory even. And frankly, I’m too pregnant and too tired to deal with that kind of energy. Found another dentist in five minutes who was actually happy to see new (or returning) patients. Didn’t realize I needed an exclusive golden ticket just to get my teeth cleaned.

I’m happy with the results! The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Efficient team work! Best deep clean I’ve had.

I usually get nervous at the dentist, but Dr. Choi was so kind, gentle, and thorough. He explained everything clearly, checked in with me often, and truly made me feel at ease the entire time. The office was clean, welcoming, and professional, and I left feeling confident about my smile.
