I couldn’t be happier with this dental office! From the moment you walk in, the entire team is so welcoming and friendly — it truly makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. One of the things I appreciate most is how accommodating they are with scheduling. They’ve made it so easy for my whole family to come in at the same time, which is a huge help for busy parents. The hygienists are incredibly thorough and always take their time explaining what they’re doing and why, which makes everyone feel comfortable and informed. Dr. K is extremely professional and detail-oriented. She takes the time to carefully explain everything about my dental health and any treatment recommendations, and I always feel like I’m in great hands. We are so grateful to have found such a caring, organized, and patient-focused dental team. Highly recommend!

I had a filling done by Dr. Besse and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Completely painless dentistry from start to finish - he was gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. His assistant, Lana, was absolutely awesome as well. She was kind, attentive, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. If you’re nervous about dental work, this is the place to go. Highly recommend Dr. Beese and his fantastic team!

I had a dental emergency and Dr. Tran was kind enough to take me in right away. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring during the whole visit. I was so stressed and in pain, but she took such good care of me and made the experience so much easier. I'm very grateful for her quick help and kindness. I highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone who needs a caring and dependable dentist.

I’ve been going to this office for a while now. I’m highly impressed with the front desk staff. They are very welcoming. Front office is always nice and clean. The majority of my visits are with Dr. Cecilia Tran. She is wonderful. She may be petite, but she is amazing and boy… She showed her strength when she was putting on my molar Bridge. Lol. I loved her assistant Christian. I’ve seen other Dr specialist Matthew Tokarski, DMD, Periodontist. I’ve only seen him a couple of times for special treatment for my tongue and removed a chipped molar. He is also very good.

I am very disappointed with this office’s communication and billing practices. I was told my visit was a free consultation, yet it was billed to my insurance without my consent, reducing my annual insurance benefits. I called multiple times and requested a call back from the office manager, but no one ever called me back. I only received an email from Ashley, the office manager with a treatment plan, which was sent after I complained and more than a month after the consultation.They charged a fee, but no treatment plan was provided unless I complained. This is not the first billing issue I’ve experienced here. In a prior treatment, I was charged upfront and later discovered through my insurance statement that I had been overcharged. A refund was only issued after I questioned it. These experiences show poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable billing practices. Patients should carefully review their insurance statements.
