I had a great experience at First Dental Center. Over the past 7 days, I had three appointments there and every visit was consistently excellent. There was essentially no wait time, and the entire process was efficient, professional, and very well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Special thanks to the hygienists Amanda and Crystal for being so kind, thorough, and attentive, and to Dr. Nguyen for the excellent care and professionalism. Also, a special shout out to Lila, the therapy dog, who made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Coming from someone with SEVERE dental anxiety, this was the best dental experience I have ever had. Amanda was my hygienist and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. She made it really easy to trust her while feeling extremely vulnerable. Dr. Feng is wonderful. He talked to me like I was a friend and explained underlying causes and walked me through the treatment plan in a way that was not intimidating. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Not to mention, there is a therapy dog on staff!!!

I can't say enough good things about First Dental! I have long-time dental anxiety and sensory issues, and started working with the team after about a decade of no dentistry. I have never been made to feel shame about my teeth there, and the whole team is positive and focused on making sure you get the care you need. Everyone has a great attitude, from the front desk to the surgery room. Their accommodations, like weighted blankets and sunglasses, make a huge difference, and I love their slideshows of food recommendations and office fun facts. Special shoutouts to Dr. Nguyen, Kitri, and the person with the cool glasses chain behind the front desk, all of whom have consistently gone above and beyond for me! Their service is why I recommend First Dental to all my friends.
