As an organizational consultant, it gave me calm immediately. I rarely see a doctor who has given thought to their mission. Their office is full of the latest equipment, and the staff is transparent. They believe that information is key. That was reassuring.

It took me a year to trust a dentist after having a traumatic experience with another dentistry that left me with horrible tinnitus in my ears. I spent time searching for a dentist that had a professional biography that would be knowledgeable to know what I was experiencing and help to restore my peace. His office staff was welcoming and courteous which gave me ease as it took a lot just to walk back into a dental office. When I met Dr. Burnette, he greeted me with kindness and humor which put me even more at ease to entrust him with my story as why I was in his office in hopes he can help with the ringing in my ears. I wish I had submitted as I journeyed along these past two years, every visit made was worth the two-hour drive would have been all ten stars. I never met anyone who listened with care (and not gaslight, demean, or belittle) when sharing my story and thoughts of care. He took what I said into consideration and with his experience in the field provided sound advice and a plan with high success outcomes. And it worked!
