I recently had an appointment at Willow Glen Dental Specialists, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I usually don't find dental visits pleasant, but this office operates at a different level of professionalism. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team (about 4 people) was welcoming and efficient. The facility is spotless, organized, and I appreciated the privacy between rooms—you don’t have to listen to what’s happening with the patient next door. What truly stood out was the staff's expertise and patience. I want to make a special emphasis on the Doctor's Assistant (I missed her name, but she was fantastic). She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took her time without rushing any part of the process. When Dr. Nguyen came in, she immediately reviewed the high-quality X-rays and 3D images the assistant had taken and openly praised her for doing such a great job. That level of respect and professional validation between a doctor and her staff is rare and says a lot about the quality of the practice.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brian and his office. The entire team is professional, kind, and very organized. Dr. Brian is exceptionally caring and gentle. I especially appreciate that he is honest and straightforward about treatment options. The staff was also incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to fit me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. The office is beautiful , modern, and welcoming, and their fees are reasonable for the quality of care and attention you receive. I highly recommend Dr. Brian and his team to anyone looking for a caring and honest dentist

Willow Glen Dental went above and beyond for my daughters first dental visit. Our dentist blew balloons out of gloves, used magic tricks, and built rapport to make the experience wonderful for my daughter. She’s 14 months and absolutely loved being there! From the moment we walked in the door at reception, to the moment we left we felt supported and cared for! Thank you so much to all the staff for making her first trip to the dentist one to remember.
