I needed an appointment as soon as possible, but didn't have a dentist since moving back from SC to Ohio. Called Oak Creek Dental Center and after a few "we're not taking new patients" calls to a couple offices, Oak Creek was able to fit me in within a 2 days.The person who took my call was THE most polite person I had dealt with in a long time. She was genuinely concerned about my problem. Within a few minutes of walking thorough the door, I was immediately greeted by the very professional front desk staff getting the needed information for my initial visit. I sat down to wait and was called back within a minute. Taylor took care of the x-rays and pictures after discussing with me how long it had been since I had x-rays. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her explanations. While waiting for Taylor to organize the information for Dr. S.; The TV was showing the closeness of staff, interests, and helping community. What a great way to get to know the people who take care of you. Then I met Dr. S., kind, polite, thorough, professional, and a partner in decision making.... making sure that he's on the path for Dental health that fits my needs and plans! To sum ot up, I'm so happy I went to Oak Creek Dental Center, where I will receive the professional care I need in a classy place. They were wonderful.

Dr Johnson began with us with a horrible attitude. He got into a verbal argument with my husband who is a physician. Dr Johnson has an ego & can’t quit talking or accept suggestions for our disabled son’s allergies to sedation medication. He would not follow the directions of the referring dentist who doesn’t do conscious sedation. We wanted & referred to Dr Johnson’s partner & they refused to transfer us to him. Dr Johnson is the most judgmental person I have ever met & is verbally abusive & triggers the worst behavior in our disabled son. Today they blew out his vein and hit the nerve our son asked to take a minute & try again (no one ever misses his vein). Dr Johnson became reactive & verbally abusive to our son and then came out in the waiting room and got nasty with me stating he was kicking our son out of his practice. It is not his practice and we wanted to see Dr Segnini. I couldn’t believe Dr Johnson chasing him out of the office and then attacking me in the waiting room. It was absolutely bizarre. It should be Noted that our referring Dentist has had issues with him When she tries to communicate with him as well, he just talks ove her. He talks down to you and won’t let you get a word in edgewise. Our entire experience with this man has been horrible and we wanted to see his partner to begin with, Had we been with his partner Dr Segnini none of this would’ve occurred. And it is a patients right to ask for another provider. GO to NORTHSTAR DENTAL POLARIS they care & we have had nothing but good experience with their office. They have an anesthesiologist & take dental insurance. They are also open late for people who work.

First and foremost, the energy was amazing from the moment I walked through the door. The Staff were very energetic, efficient and made the process so much easier! She made the cleaning process as pleasant as possible, always checking in to see if I was comfortable. I left the office feeling well cared for and valued as a patient.
