I met Dr. Johnson today at Oak Creek Dental and had a great experience. He was friendly, compassionate, and thorough. I felt relaxed and in good hands. I love this practice! All of the staff here are wonderful people.

I needed an appointment as soon as possible, but didn't have a dentist since moving back from SC to Ohio. Called Oak Creek Dental Center and after a few "we're not taking new patients" calls to a couple offices, Oak Creek was able to fit me in within a 2 days.The person who took my call was THE most polite person I had dealt with in a long time. She was genuinely concerned about my problem. Within a few minutes of walking thorough the door, I was immediately greeted by the very professional front desk staff getting the needed information for my initial visit. I sat down to wait and was called back within a minute. Taylor took care of the x-rays and pictures after discussing with me how long it had been since I had x-rays. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her explanations. While waiting for Taylor to organize the information for Dr. S.; The TV was showing the closeness of staff, interests, and helping community. What a great way to get to know the people who take care of you. Then I met Dr. S., kind, polite, thorough, professional, and a partner in decision making.... making sure that he's on the path for Dental health that fits my needs and plans! To sum ot up, I'm so happy I went to Oak Creek Dental Center, where I will receive the professional care I need in a classy place. They were wonderful.

There is literally nothing bad I can say about this place. All of the staff is kind, patient, informative, and caring. My son had his first ever dental appointment here, he was nervous as most kids are. They talked him through each and everything they were doing, made him feel very comfortable and gave him plenty of words of affirmation when he was doing really well. He now has no problem when I say it’s time for your dentist appointment. He even gets proud when they tell him he’s doing a good job brushing! Would recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have any of the “dentist fear” from your childhood. This place is great!

Hands down the best dental office I've ever been to. My hygienist Nicole is the greatest. She not only professional but personal. The whole staff and the Doctor makes me feel comfortable from the moment you walk in to the end of the appointment. A+++

I started to have a toothache late Thursday night, called the office around 10am on Friday and was scheduled for an appointment at 12:20. Dr Segnini and staff we very welcoming. My tooth had to be extracted but it was completed during my initial appointment and home by 2:00. Very happy and thankful they were able to get me taken care of so promptly. Highly recommend!
