I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled and I was really nervous and scared. Dr. Carroll was so kind and made me feel calm, comfortable, and he eased all my anxiety! He explained each step carefully and was so gentle with the removal. I didn't even know it was over, all of the sudden, my tooth was out!!! I am so grateful for the excellent care I received!! The entire staff is so wonderful and kind and they give VIP treatment! I would recommend Carroll Family Dental to anyone who needs excellent, kind, and gentle dental care!!!

I just had my first visit at Carroll Family Dental and going to the dentist was actually wonderful! I am a bit of a dental-phobic and everybody from front desk staff to Dr Kripke and especially my wonderful, gentle, knowledgeable hygienist made me totally at ease. I am so thankful that I found this practice!

*Updated* I previously left a 1 star review due to a billing issue. Their operations manager Caleb called to rectify the issue promptly and handled it with professionalism and sincerity. Thank you Caleb. I am now confident and leaving a true review for the team there, the hygienist was fantastic and did a great job. Dr. Carroll was surprisingly generous with his time while I told a personal story. His presence and patience went a long way to mitigate any dental jitters I may have been feeling. This office has been consistent in providing me with excellent services within a friendly community culture, making me feel safe and welcome.

I went and seen Doctor Brad who pulled a couple teeth so I could get a partial. My next appointment was on a Friday at the end of the day to get my partial. The fit was absolutely horrible! One tooth was way above my natural teeth and they hurt so bad doctor Brad had to keep filing on them. When he couldn’t get them right he was noticeably aggravated and said he couldn’t file them anymore. I left with that horrible partial and never wore them again due to the pain of putting them in and taking out let alone eating. For along time I was hopeless. After searching for a different dentist I found one and I have my partial and no problems! I would never recommend this dentist. I’m doing my review way after my experience here but I recently had a call from them and it prompted me to call them back and confirm doctor Brad was the dentist I seen last there. Thank you for messing up my mouth and charging me for it!
