I have been going to Dental Care Seattle since approximately 2009, and have always had great experiences. Not only are the staff always friendly and engaging, but I've also continuously been given quality advice regarding dental needs and help with insurance. Most recently, I was seen by hygienist Frankie, who was amazing. He was gentle and did a great job cleaning, but he also took the time to chat and get to know me as a person rather than just a patient. I appreciated his inquiries about my health history and making sure he understood how some of my medical conditions may affect our session. Additionally, Hannah at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! There was another woman sitting to Hannah's left (I didn't get her name), who was also super nice and welcoming. Thanks for being great - I plan to continue with Dental Care Seattle for a very long time!

I've been in the USA for more than 3 years. I visited numerous doctors, and even had surgeries. I have never had any issue other than with Dental Care Seattle when they openly mislead me to believe that they were partner clinic of my insurance. Their excuse was that my questions were not precise and they were not obligated to disclose that. They said that I was supposed to do due dilligance which I was actually doing by asking them those questions. Anyways, how can I trust them with my health, when I can't trust them with such a basic questions. Scammers
