The team at New32 is amazing! The staff are super friendly; the dentists and hygienists are incredibly skillful. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and I've never been somewhere that does as much to relieve that anxiety. They really go out of their way for me. They know I'm anxious, and give me nitrous oxide to help. I don't even have to ask, they've made a note in my chart. And the dentists are do fantastic work without causing excess pain. I just had a temporary crown done, and my jaw was sore for a day. And that's all. Much better than other dental work I've received elsewhere. But truly, I've been a patient here for over a decade. After my last visit, they even sent me a kind and thoughtful card:

This is feedback on my first two visits to new32. I was very impressed with how smooth both visits were! Everyone was friendly and very efficient! Even though I don't dread dentist visits generally, I really appreciated how "forgettable" the experiences were (if that makes sense). I also must say, the filling procedure was easily the best experience I've had. I wasn't uncomfortable at all. And the end result was a filling that fits great. I've had fillings in the past that took me a while to get used to or even had to come back for follow up fittings. So I appreciated how nicely it turned out.

Dr Jacobsen and her staff are top notch. She has always been very helpful and has given me all the options upfront and explains them very well. She is an amazing dentist and takes great pride in her work making sure your teeth are always at their best. I have been to many dentists over the years and this place is the best by far.

Dr. Shaw was not just kind, compassionate and professional. She was friendly and eased all of my anxieties about the dentist. But it didn't start there. The experience was made possible by their professional front office staff who make sure you understand your benefits, work with your schedule and follow up in a timely manner. Carly, Leah, Allante and Dr. Shaw - you are great at your professions, and make going to the dentist easy! See you soon for my follow up treatment.

As always, my experience was top notch. Bonnie did a great job of cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Gilmore was quick and efficient in checking them. No problems, no complaints! But it is hard to take photos or videos when you're on your back with a tool in your mouth!
