5 months agoMy husband and I have been coming to Dr. Shaw and Dr. Jacobsen for years and cannot recommend them both enough. Everyone at this office takes so much care in their work and how they treat patients! The hygienists are fantastic and I never feel rushed through my appointment. 12/10 would recommend.

2 months agoHorrible bedside manner and communication here..Just came in for a cleaning and was charged for an exam as well.I had told the front desk I only wanted a cleaning and no exam. Dr.Shaw barely spent 5 minutes telling me I needed an expensive crown over $3000. I Went and got a second opinion at a new office and only ended up needing a filling. I would not recommend this office . They scam you.

6 months agoConveniently located office in the UW Ravenna Clinic Building off NE 25th - beautiful new dentist office, ground floor. Great front office staff, hygienist and great dentists. Best cleaning ever. Teeth are in good hands. Carol T
