I've been going to Integrative Dentistry for years now and it's the best oral healthcare I've ever received. Their holistic methods and practices are some of the best in the country (I've had oral healthcare in several states). On top of that, the bedside manner of Dr. Birrer and *everyone* who works at the clinic makes it a pleasant experience. Great for those of us who've had horrible experiences with other dentists. As a commercial designer, including for healthcare spaces, the clinic atmosphere is relaxing and very thoughtful around the patient experience, which is so often overlooked at other places, but it makes a difference in your treatment! They tell you what they're doing while they're doing it, and why they're doing it, using lamens terms but not talking down to you like you're a child. There's no undertones of judgement, just caring and education so you feel comfortable. While it might turn some people off that billing is not typical insurance (payment is upfront), don't let this deter you! Your health and well-being is worth a lot and they take that responsibility seriously. There's no price gouging or guessing how much things will cost because they aren't dealing with the BS of billing insurance companies. They give you the treatment plan after your initial visit and you see the cost of everything before hand. It's refreshing. While other reviews claim prices are higher here compared to other clinics, it doesn't give a fair assessment, considering the top level type of care, products, and methods Integrative Dentistry uses. It's like comparing apples to oranges. If you want the best possible experience with integrating whole health and holistic practices, then this is the place! I highly recommend them!

I have a lot of dental anxiety. However my experience with Dr. Cao was wonderful. She is warm, compassionate and personable. She took a lot of time to figure out the best treatment plan for me. Then gave me my options. I was completely confident that she had my best interest at heart. I can’t recommend highly enough, Dr. Cao and her team. Her assistant, Brenda was also friendly and helpful.

I appreciate the clear, direct, communication and explanations Dr. Birrer and Hygenist Morgan provided about the condition of my teeth and gums, the X-rays, and improvements I can make at home. They informed me of Ortho residue and Dr. Birrer provided this is not standard procedure. He quoted me for removing it at my next apt for a decent fee. I sought a second opinion and found a local ortho who removed the residue in 3 mins for free. Dr. Birrer, Morgan and Goldie were welcoming. Biophillic office touches were nice. Online research lead me to seek gut oral biome connection and functional/ integrative care. Morgan did take a plaque sample and Goldie put it under a microscope but it didn't impact my care or effect any of the advice. The only major difference I experienced vs. traditional care was use of a hydroxyapatite coat instead of flouride after my cleaning. Oh and cost. A routine cleaning + exam + X-rays here is $400 vs. free for in-network traditional dentist. The pricing does not justify the service for me at this time. If I have a need for substantial dental work in the future, I may seek Dr. Birrer's opinion.

I saw Morgan today for my cleaning and she is so sweet and warm and welcoming. Not to mention, she has the most gentle touch. I have some sensitivity and it’s not unusual for me to get a little zing now and then when I go in for my routine cleaning—something I assumed was unavoidable. I had not a moment of discomfort with Morgan! She paid attention to my areas of sensitivity with extra care. Assistant Jenn took some pictures and was equally kind and gentle. Great team!

Donovan, my hygienist today, was great. Very gentle and explained the procedures as he went. I look forward to my next cleaning with him. Thanks Donovan, I enjoyed getting to know you!
