For any business, FIRST IMPRESSIONS can make or break you. As I entered Royal Oak Family Dental, I was greeted with smiling faces from friendly first desk staff as they assisted me with check in. The dental assistant was very friendly, helpful and made sure I was very comfortable. She was going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. From her spirit alone, I was ensured that I would be taken care of properly. The actual dentist was amazing. She was Very skilled. Very knowledgeable. And very informative. She made sure NOT to take my money and kick me out. She treated me. Gave updates and information. She Made sure to have them schedule me for a follow up appointment and she even checked on me hours after my visit. 10 out of 10…

Everyone was so friendly! i walked in feeling a bit nervous because… who likes going to the dentist…? but the moment i walked in everyone greeted me with a smile. There was little to no wait at all and they even said i smell good (thank you). i got to chat with deedra for a bit while she was doing my x-rays and waiting for the doctor and she was a very sweet and genuine person. i spoke to dr karim about the health of my teeth and she was very informative and recommended me a few different places to go to for oral surgery. my hygienist was holly and she was very thorough and quick with my cleaning. even my check out experience was amazing (thank you bri). this is a wonderful staff and they know what they’re doing. i never leave reviews so thats enough proof to show how good this office is. btw they have a tv on the ceiling so you can watch netflix

I will not be returning. I scheduled an appointment online through their website as an existing patient, received a confirmation, and assumed everything was set. I drove 20 minutes to the office, only to have Bri tell me they had canceled my appointment because I supposedly hadn’t filled out new patient paperwork — even though I’m not a new patient. Then she changed her story, saying they had tried to text me but it didn’t go through. I told her I never received a message and asked what number they had on file. She read off a completely wrong number that wasn’t even close to mine. After I pointed that out, she decided I could still be seen today. When she asked for my insurance and I showed her my Sooner Select Liberty Dental card, she told me they don’t take that insurnace and never have. That’s not true — I’ve had this same insurance before and have been seen there with no issue. Plus, there’s nothing on their website stating they don’t accept this insurance.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and everybody in the office was extremely nice, professional, and were loose and relaxed. I haven't made the effort to find a dentist up here yet, but I think after today this is my new dentist. They explained everything really well from finances what was going on, what they were doing. It couldn't have been a better experience. It doesn't hurt They live 10 minutes away either. Try them out.

I heard about this place through my dental insurance and they are fantastic! They took good care of me and were kind and did their job and were quick and efficient! I’ve started up my Dental plan with them and I am looking forward to getting help with taking care of my teeth!
