They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable. Dr. Payet even went the extra mile by following up with a text the next day about a concern I had, reassuring me that everything was fine. That level of care and attention really stood out to me. I am very happy that I chose smiles by payet for my dental implant! The process took about a year in total, and the team was with me every step of the way. I was referred to Dr. Payet by a Sleep Doctor, and being concerned and somewhat of a novice when it comes to dental devices for sleep apnea, I was soon put at ease with the Team at this practice. Charlene explained what they were doing and how to get the best outcome. She was gentle, kind, and very relatable, I appreciated how Dr. Payet asked if I had concerns and even gave personal experience to help with understanding it all. Fara went over the financial part and was thorough and professional. She was very helpful with my insurance questions. I had been looking for a Dentist for regular cleanings, etc. and after the positive, professional experience here, Smiles by Payet is worth the drive from SC!
