I met with the Dr. Payet and staff for the first time with a last minute appointment to scope out a mandibular advanced device (MAD) appliance for my obstructed sleep apnea (OSA) issue and they were excellent in understanding my case and explaining the different options to consider with the pros and cons of each one. The bedside manor (I think its still called that in a dentist chair!) here is incredible. Staff all around are very personable and comforting, theres a warning on every sound and feeling youll have while getting work done. I dont know if my dentist back home was just old school or if all the tech here really is brand new but the equipement they have is amazing, I didnt even need to be numbed for most of the fillings I just got! Super grateful I was able to find such great dental care right after moving to Charlotte, highly recommend!!

Dr. Payet and his team are fantastic! He used a special technology for a cavity that made the filling super quick and painless. I also had an issue with my night guard not fitting properly, and they patiently worked on it over multiple visits until we got the right fit, without charge. I’ve had numerous dental issues since I was little, including some traumatic experiences, so I am very particular about my dental care. I strongly recommend Dr. Payet and everyone on his staff without hesitation.

The best dentist experience ever!!! The Dentist was kind and thorough. The receptionist, Farrah, was so nice and diligent!! I had an issue with my prescription and another assistant took care of it. Then there was summer the dental tech. Her sweet southern accent and accomodating behavior was over the top!! I wanted to bring her home with me!!! A great office all around!! I recommend highly!!
