a month agoThis was my first visit to this Charlotte Family Dentistry , and I couldn’t be more impressed! The front desk team was welcoming and made the check-in process easy. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr,Ma took his time to explain everything and did a great job. Everyone was friendly, professional, and caring. I’ll definitely be coming back for more dental work. Highly recommend

Dr. Ralph helped preserve a crown that had developed a small crack—something another dentist could have easily recommended replacing. His decision reflected a high standard of ethics and genuine concern for the patient’s best interest, not just the easiest or most profitable option. Over the years, I’ve had appointments with several hygienists here, and every single one has been professional, thorough, and attentive. They consistently deliver top-notch care while also taking the time to provide helpful educational tips for at-home oral health. a week agoCharlotte Family Dentistry Matthew 5:15 💥! No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lamp stand ( the patient), and it gives light to all in the house 💕. Every visit and each staff member is love and energy! The atmosphere of every room and staff interaction is positive! My family and I have been with this dentist for over 25 years 🥰.
