a month agoI hadn't been to a dentist in many, many years. I knew that wasn't smart, but I would say it fell under all the usual reasons- anxiety, money, time, life. A problem developed that needed attention. So, I Googled... Luckily Charlotte Family Dentistry came up. I read everything I could on the website and was so impressed. I really felt that I had found where I belonged. From the first phone call to my visit, I was right. Heather was wonderful to me and explained everything clearly. The entire staff is too and Dr. Ralph is exactly the Doctor I need. He's smart, experienced, kind, gentle, caring and personable. I joined the Membership Plan for two reasons. One- to get the financial help and two to make the commitment that I need and want to make. It's such a relief to have found them; I'm in good hands.

I highly recommend them to anyone and feel very lucky to be their patient! I had an issue and they fit me in immediately to be seen!! An awesome practice! 👍

The staff is excellent and Dr. Ma is outstanding… He’s has great knowledge and he let you know what’s going on as he’s doing his procedures. And he makes recommendations on what he thinks needs to happen next. All in all very impressed with this practice!
