I have nothing but superlatives to share! Excellent, caring care for my 99-year-old father, as well as myself for many years. I recently just had the best cleaning I’ve ever had! I’m so glad that they have moved into a much nicer space in a very convenient location. The dentist and text and front staff consistently provide excellent service and are thoroughly nice people!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Ralph alone deserves full recognition! He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and truly went above and beyond. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming. I truly appreciated the gentle care and attention to detail throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Ralph and this practice to anyone.

I can’t say enough positive things about Caroline and Dr. Ma and the experience I had at last week’s appointment at Charlotte Family Dentistry. The care I’ve consistently received over the years is beyond excellent. The character and competence of the team is superb. This time, I had a rather challenging filling which Dr. Ma made seem easy. I was comfortable the entire time and the results exceeded my expectations. Our family gives five stars to this practice and will continue to heartily recommend them to our friends.

Dr. Ma is the best! I've been his patient for years now. I've moved several times and am no longer anywhere near his office, but I have serious trust issues with dentists, so I travel to his office regardless of where I end up. His team is always nice and friendly and supportive. His new office is really nice and modern too. Highly recommend!

Second time at this dental practice. Staff is professional and friendly. Always willing to explain what’s going on and what they see. I’ve had 2 cleanings and two cavities fixed here. I had an appointment for a day I couldn’t make it. Front desk folks (Dan) helped me reschedule It and recommended I call any day I have a clear schedule after 1 And see if there was a cancellation. I did so today and they got both my cleaning and cavities taken care of and I didn’t have to take off Time from work. I really appreciate their flexibility to make it work!
