Must say, was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Dr. Tripp took his time to address/answer my concerns & questions. He’s certainly on top of his game, that made for a very comfortable first time appointment. Thanks to you All!

I’ve been seeing Dr Tripp for 27 yrs! He is the best ever considering I don’t enjoy going to the dentist. He always makes me feel comfortable. The whole staff here is so caring and just a great group of folks. Once you find a great dentist you trust you’ve hit gold!

My visit was insulting. Every question I asked was dismissed with a tone of patronizing arrogance. I suffer from chronic pain from more than medical procedure. At a young age I did not question physicians or their recommended procedures and blindly followed their advice. Chronic pain is the price I pay for it. Dentist office visits are usually not an issue. However, I did have a dentist for a short period time where I could not walk in for a checkup without being told I needed at least two cavities filled. I never had that type of issue before that dentist nor afterward. The statement was made to me, "I cannot make that decision for you" after I asked a question to cut me off from asking more questions. I am not asking questions to have the practitioner make decisions for me. The statement was totally inappropriate. I ask questions to educate myself to make the best decision for myself. The waiting room was empty. There was plenty of time for my questions. I asked early on during the visit to be informed what the cost of the multiple crowns would be on my new insurance. I did not leave with that information. An estimate would have been fine.

From walking in the front door…to the chair…and then to the check out desk, a full circle positive experience every time! The staff are always friendly and welcoming! The hygienists and Dr. Tripp are extremely professional, do a great job and it NEVER feels rushed. I can’t recommend this place enough. 10 out of 10!

I recently started going to Landmark after many years at another location and I must say, it has been a pleasant experience. Everyone has been so nice and timely! Dr Johnson has been great! I look forward to continuing my dental care with Landmark!
