Every-time, I come in I always receive quality care. I’m also incredibly appreciative that they give so much information during my cleanings and dental check ups. I’ve been to some other dentists and they would try to get me to do a ton of treatments that weren’t necessary - but I trust the dentists and hygienists at this office. They help inform me and tell me what is necessary for my dental health. I highly recommend coming here! They are amazing!

I’m happy and would recommend them. I had a bonding procedure to fix some chips. I wasn’t 100% happy and they keep working on it until I was. This is a sign of a good dentist that stands by their work and makes sure to get it right.

I have not been to his office, but I assisted him last night at a free- dental clinic. I watched him around every patient. He was so sincere, compassionate, and respectful. What caught my attention was that he asked for Vaseline, he used it on the patients lips before starting his procedure. Looking at the patient’s lips they were completely dry and to myself I said this is where a real care start. He went out of his way to make sure his patient is well taking care of before he starts on his procedure. This was very heart touching. But every movement he made around his patient was so dignified, I am so inspired by this doctor. It is such a blessing to have such people serving in our communities.

This is THE BEST dental office in the area and possibly in the world. Since the minute I walked in the office, I felt like I’ve been a life long valuable customer. Everyone is very kind and top notch professional. Dr. Eshom is a funny sweetheart with a sharp mind and masterful hands. I’m extremely happy and grateful for all the work on my teeth including Invisalign support, tooth implant and multiple crowns and cavities. I highly recommend to invest in yourself and care for your mouth at this place.

I have been a patient of this dental office for 5+ years. I came in today at 8am for a routine cleaning. Upon arrival, I was informed that dental X-rays were required as part of the appointment. I declined, noting that I had recently received X-rays within the past year and did not feel they were necessary at this time. The technician stated that X-rays are required every five years, but I reiterated that mine were done recently. He then left to speak with someone, and shortly afterward, the receptionist entered the room to further address my refusal. Again, I respectfully declined, indicating I was there solely for my cleaning. Subsequently, Dr. Duncan came in to discuss the X-rays. He explained that they are considered part of the standard of care and necessary for liability purposes. I acknowledged this but reiterated my decision to decline and I offered to sign a formal X-ray refusal form. I was told no such form existed. Dr. Duncan then offered to take only limited "bitewing" X-rays. In an effort to proceed with my appointment and not cause further delay, I reluctantly agreed. After this, I was told to return to the lobby as the hygienist was not yet ready to start my cleaning. I waited until 8:50 AM, at which point I realized I needed to leave to avoid missing work meetings. At that time, I informed the receptionist, Ashley, that I would need to reschedule my cleaning. She stated that a cancellation fee would apply. I expressed my confusion, as I had been present for nearly an hour. I requested to speak with the doctor regarding the fee, but was told by Ashley that she alone determines cancellation charges, which raised further concerns about the lack of oversight in the office. Ashley then informed me that I would still be responsible for paying for the services rendered — namely, the X-rays — totaling $275. I found this frustrating, as I had originally declined these services, and I don’t understand how I could be charged a cancellation fee while still being billed for services. Moreover, she stated that in order to reschedule, I would now be required to pay a deposit — I have been coming here for 5+ years and never have been charged a deposit. After I paid and left, I was later informed that my cancellation fee would be “waived.” To be clear, I did not end up paying for this cancellation fee in the end. In total, I paid $353 (excludes the cancellation fee) and received no cleaning. I understand and respect the ethical obligations dentists have to uphold a standard of care, but I do not believe that declining X-rays taken within the past year constitutes a breach of that standard. This entire experience felt more like a billing tactic than patient care. Pressuring patients into unnecessary services, trying to charge cancellation fees when services were still rendered, and suddenly enforcing deposit policies without notice feels like a money grab — not healthcare.
