3 weeks agoMy kids look forward to going to this dental practice more than any other dentist they have ever been to. They love the “toy tower” vending machine they can use at the end. They get a coin they can insert to exchange for a prize. All smiles has all the essentials of a pediatric dentist, from tvs with Disney movies playing in the lobby and ceiling above the dental chair, to little hygiene gift bags with toothbrushes and toothpaste. They are respectful of health decisions like waiving fluoride, making sure to add notes to your chart proactively so that you don’t get asked at every visit. They have an amazing staff! Their office clerk Cynthia made sure the visit went smoothly, Dr Job is personable and attentive and their hygienists are great. One of my children had a dental extraction of a baby tooth that wouldn’t budge. The process was smooth and painless for my normally anxious daughter. The shining star of our most recent visit was Danielle! She is so perceptive, kind and caring, she saw my other daughter who wasn’t getting her teeth cleaned that day was hoping for a turn at the toy tower and she gave her a coin for waiting nicely. She also gave advice for toothpaste and flosser recommendations in a collaborative fashion which was encouraging and empowering. She listened to concerns we had and was willing to answer questions I had about alternative toothpaste options. 10/10 pediatric dental practice!

4 months agoI absolutely love this dentistry! My husband and I have been bringing our twins here since they were infants and every visit has been amazing. From the front desk receptionist to the dentist himself Dr.Job, they always get straight to it and are very gentle with our children. This last visit is honestly why I’m leaving a review because Ms. Danielle was the absolute best! She was so informative, attentive and her energy was so bright from the moment we walked in the room. It’s not often you come across people that actually love their job and we really need more people like her!

3 months agoThe team at All Smiles was fantastic! My daughter had her very first dentist visit, and they went above and beyond to make her comfortable. They introduced her to all the tools and kept her engaged throughout the exam. She left feeling super confident and happy about the whole experience!

7 months agoOur son recently had a tooth extraction, and both Dr. Job and the team were absolutely wonderful. They are clearly skilled, compassionate, and incredibly patient. They took the time to make sure our son was comfortable and fully informed about every step of his care. It’s never easy for a child to go through a dental procedure, but they made the experience as smooth and reassuring as possible. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

a month agoWe had been coming to this office for about 3 years, since my daughter was 2, and up until our last visit, we were consistently happy with the care and staff. This experience is from last year, but it still stands out to me and ultimately led me not to return. During her most recent appointment, Dr. Allen identified cavities and recommended treatment. What surprised me was that only one tooth seemed to clearly need attention, yet a total of 4–5 treatments were recommended. While I understand the importance of preventive care, this raised some concerns for me. The bigger issue came when we were referred to the insurance coordinator. The interaction felt unprofessional and overly aggressive. I felt pressured to move forward with treatment immediately, and when I expressed that I wanted to seek a second opinion before committing, I was made to feel guilty for delaying. That experience left me very uncomfortable. I did get a second opinion from another highly rated dentist, who confirmed that the level of treatment being recommended was not necessary. Ultimately, my daughter only needed work on one tooth, and the cavities were very minor. A year later, her teeth are still in great condition, and none of the other teeth have had any issues. We have continued with regular cleanings at her new dentist without any concerns. Because of this, I lost confidence in returning. I canceled my daughter’s next appointment and informed the office that I was not satisfied with the visit and would not be returning. I received a brief, generic response, which was disappointing given our history with the practice. I still think Dr. Allen is a good doctor—he was kind and patient with my daughter, especially when she was younger and nervous about dental visits. I loved their office, it was always clean and nice, and I chose them even though their location was a bit far from me. However, the way this situation was handled left a lasting negative impression and eroded my trust.
