I had both a positive and a negative experience here, which is why I am giving this office 3 stars. Dr. Choi was very thorough and took the time to explain the recommended treatment clearly. I appreciated that. However, I went in only for a periodontal consultation/evaluation. What I did not appreciate was how pushy the staff were about collecting a down payment immediately. I explained that I was there to understand the treatment plan and my options, not to commit to spending several thousand dollars on the same day. Despite that, the assistant asked whether I could at least pay half of the down payment right away so they could put me on the schedule. That felt very pressuring and made me feel more like a transaction than a patient. To make matters worse, I later found out through my insurance that a pre-authorization/claim had already been submitted before I had even confirmed that I wanted to move forward with the procedure. That was very disappointing and left me unhappy with the overall experience at this dental office.

The staff are wonderful, especially Gena. They work with you on all aspects of your treatment. The process is quite involved, however worth it in the end. Dr Towe is an excellent practitioner.

I was referred to Dr. Choi by my regular dentist after two upper‑right teeth had deteriorated significantly, leaving only about 30% of the bone and causing increasing pain. After a consultation with Dr. Choi, she and my dentist developed a treatment plan, and my extraction was scheduled for February 18. Dr. Choi and her assistant April were phenomenal throughout the entire procedure. They explained every step clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and provided exceptional care. The day after the extraction, when the pain became intense, I texted Dr. Choi. She responded immediately and called in a stronger prescription, which helped tremendously. She continued to check in with me by text to make sure I was healing well. The level of personal attention and care she provided was outstanding. I have several friends who are dentists, and they also speak very highly of Dr. Choi and her practice. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend Advanced Implants to anyone needing this type of work. Kind regards, Gary

Excellent customer service from the front desk staff, hygienists to the doctors. Everyone was always pleasant and walked me through each step of my treatment plan and any questions I had along the way. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone but especially those that have any anxiety about dental procedures. They truly care that their patients are comfortable and have the best outcome possible.
